I love the ease and convenience of Talkspace. My therapist is great, the platform is intuitive, and I've had little to no issues with connectivity. The only reason why my review isn't 5 stars is because the meeting lengths are too short. 30 Minutes is not enough time for me to REALLY connect with my therapist - it's usually just enough time for us to go over the week and then start getting into therapy - I need a longer session.

Talkspace is allowing me to meet with my therapist weekly. It's always ready to use and never down or not working. It's very easy to use and convenient. I enjoy doing dr visits this way because I don't have to leave my home and drive anywhere, so I love that.

Everything is great EXCEPT the audio. Often times it will sound like my therapist or myself will be in a car or by the ocean when we're both in our homes. I am told it's from the recording for quality checks but whatever it is it's a pain. Other than that great! I love it and I am so happy I tried Talkspace.

My therpist, Noelle Bauer, is amazing. The one negative I have is the quality of the video platform. It's often choppy and lagging, and Noelle often has to switch to her phone. I've never had a video issue while on any other platform. She has told me that I'm not the only patient to say this to her.
