Overall my experience has helped me in so many ways that I needed. There has been some that I feel that have outweighed the positives that’s why I have it the 4 but due the great connections and insights from others I was able to keep it at a 4. If it was left up to only the o w experience I would have left Talkspace

my first therapist dropped me
my first therapist dropped me my second therapist. I've only had two sessions with and so far it's OK.

Great couseling program
Very flexible program-phone call, video chat with no video, or video chat with camera. Has a small Copay fee for Anthem insurance. Therapist I have has been a great listener and has offered feedback. Has weekend availability.
