I find it concerning that if I miss a session, I’m charged a $125 fee, yet when my therapist misses appointments—something that has now happened around four times—there’s no accountability on your end. By that logic, I’d be owed $500. Will that be reimbursed? This policy feels one-sided and unfair.

I found her to be too blunt in the end. She over identified with aspects of our conversations which made it hard for her to be gentle in giving feedback. When I tried to communicate this with her, she was not open to much self awareness and instead wished to put the feedback and my issue. I recognize that I have things I need to work on but I think, as a physician, that she could be hurtful to those looking to heal. I think if you are able to ignore some of her bluntness she can give insight but in the end she was the one that was unable to discuss relationships (which is what I had signed up to do). I do wish her the best but would not recommend her to anyone after this experience.

charged me and my insurance company for a session that they did not provide. I spoke to them personally and was assured that the claim would not be processed as it was indeed their fault as their system was unstable on that day. this was march 4 and march 6, 2025. my therapist, "Larry" never showed at the appointed time which was march 4th and he told me he would cancel this date. I made another appt for march 6, 2025 and he never showed up for that date neither. I called and spoke to a rep who apologized and stated that I wouldnt be charged as they could see it was a system malfunction. A month later I was charged. My insurance called them, and they are insisting that the charges were valid and they were not! I have since not used such a fraudulent company and I would advise you to not either. warning!

The therapist was not paying attention he was scrolling though websites on his computer. I could see the reflection in his glasses. Was not really listening to me . Not the experience you want when you looking for someone to listen.

The ad said there would be 0$ copay, as soon as they had my confidential information-including insurance information-that changed to 69-99$, dependent on plan. "We understand your frustration with the discrepancy between the advertised copay and the actual cost." Their actual response.

Had a glitch with insurance, talkspace was not helpful in resolving the issue. I lost my appointment and will not be able to meet when I need to.

Talk space had ensured me prior to booking an appointment that my sessions would be covered by my insurance company. They were in fact not covered and they continue to bill me weeks after ceasing to use the platform. It’s misleading, overpriced, and deceptive.
