The ease of finding a therapist
The ease of finding a therapist, the affordability and it takes most insurances. The scheduling is on your terms, communication is so easy on the app and so is scheduling. Great reminders, text and email for those of us who are forgetful. I would highly recommend talkspace for anyone needing therapy for anything.

I appreciate having a therapist who…
I appreciate having a therapist who understands and connects with the salient aspects of my identity as a Black woman. I walked away from my last session with tangible strategies to improve my mindset and wellbeing.

Rene is incredible
Rene is incredible. He is kind, understanding, insightful. He has been along side me on my difficult journey and has never given up on me. He alwyas has new thigns for me to do and guides me in the right direction. I am getting there, mainly impart to him.

Talkspace has Been a Great Experience
Talkspace has been a great experience for my daughter. She was not comfortable with in-person therapy but has begun to thrive after her sessions with Talkspace. We love the flexibility and the variety of hours she can choose from. I can't recommend Talkspace enough
