This process has been so simple to use
This process has been so simple to use. My therapist Renee has been amazing. She’s a great listener, she’s empathetic, and helps me clarify my thoughts and my truth. I’d recommend her to all my friends and family.

Pleasant and Insightful
Being new to sessions and having my first therapist not always giving sound responses for me, I have found great insight and conversational understanding and ease with my second person. She gives thought and simplifies well her insight.

Highly Recommend
The therapists that are avaliable all are amazing and all have different approaches as to how to help you. You really get to know the therapist and they always talk to you and try to get you to understand your feelings. Sometimes it can feel some of the responses are Ai generated as well as sometimes they will repeat how you are feeling which can get a little frustrating but they still do an amazing job.
