At first I was concerned because Talkspace video sessions are only 30 minutes long. If you're a talker like me, that's not much time. HOWEVER you get unlimited messaging with your therapist, so once that really hit me, I was able to find the perfect balance. This app and my therapist (Mona) have been a godsend for me. I'm going through one of the hardest times of my life, and this has helped me so much. The app is easy to use. My experience with Talkspace has been 100% positive. No complaints.

My therapist, Cara Helsel, is wonderful. She helps me to understand not necessarily what to think, but how to think about it. Thanks to her, I am much more aware of how I think about and talk to myself. I am still in the process of learning to be mindful of negative thoughts and emotions.
