I was skeptical that I would receive…
I was skeptical that I would receive the same quality of care that I received in a face to face clinical setting. My concerns were unfounded. My provider has been great over the 4 sessions to date. I appreciate the flexibility to do these sessions from the privacy of my home or car.

High Quality Therapist
I wasn't sure what to expect from an online therapist, but the therapist that I was matched with well exceeded my expectations. She is amazing, and I look forward to talking with her weekly.

Therapy works

My therapist
My therapist, Sara, is very knowledgeable and has been so compassionate with me. I appreciate her insight and it has helped me greatly as a continue my journey to get past my anxiety and trauma.

Simple, good mental health provider platform
Good platform, functions well, email reminders for appointments and payments, works with insurance generally correctly. Both providers I've used were great.
