NOT FAIR THAT IT DOESNT CONTINUE FOR CHILDREN AFTER AGE 18 THERAPY IS NOT COVERED BY MY INSURANCE SO THIS REALLY WAS USELESS. NOW MY SON HAS SUFFER AGAIN IN SILENCE BECAUSE HIS INSURANCE ISNT ACCEPTED SHAME ON NYC FOR NOT CARING ABOUT YHE MENTAL WELLBEING OF TODAYS TEENS

Their customers service is the worst i have seen, ever. It is virtually impossible to get through to a person "No one is available to take your call" and the responses in their help center simply say "call your insurance". I found a good therapist there but i have to walk away due to the unbearably hard to use service platform and customer service.

I would give zero stars. Not for my therapist because she was great, but insurance verification is terrible. They don't understand that BCBS PPO network is national and if you're in network with one you're in network with all locals.

This service. has payment issues. Adios!

I have been using the both psychiatric and talk therapy and have to say I’m 100% satisfied with my therapist. I have had issues with my psychiatrist as well as this company. The psychiatrist made me feel uncomfortable and stopped seeing her after the 3rd session. I requested a psychiatric summary month ago, and it took them 37 days to send the 1 page documentation. Some information was incorrect and I had to reach out the psychiatrist and ask her remove the false information she put down, which she did. I reached out again to them for the psychiatric medics records because their 1 page summary was not sufficient for what I needed it for. I waited a month for someone from the medical record dept to reach out and inform me that my requesting has been submitted, and this documentation can take up to 30 days. Patients with mental health conditions is not a priority for this company and a person should not have to wait 60 days to get documentation from a provider who was only seen 3 times! Sending follow up messages get ignored and they close out those ‘tickets’. If anyone wants to use this platform and NEVER need their medical records, then this place is fine (though both psychiatrists I saw were unprofessional and dismissive). In the future, should you need your records for any reason, run the other way and go to another company (like VitaHealth).

While the therapist was great I would give her 5 stars the company gets 1 star or less. They shouldn't be allowed to accept EAP patients if they refuse to fill out the required paperwork. Because of this come Tuesday I will have no job. Have the potential of having no home and I am worse off than when I started. Thanks Talkspace for all the help. To add to matters I have to somehow find a way to print documents, send them in the mail, to get my records so I can get a real doctors office to try and fill out my paperwork. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

This nutty place illegally billed me prior to scheduling, assigned a random non-Spanish speaking doctor when I said I need Spanish, then fought me about refunding the copay $20 and extra unexplained $10 fee added to it. Now, two and half years later, they told me my therapist (huh? I have no therapist with them) is leaving the service and a new therapist is being assigned. Talkspace is OUT OF CONTROL !!!

The first therapist didn't seem qualified to even be a therapist. The second one was not trustworthy; just based on the fact that he was listing himself as Dr. whatever and doesn't have the credentials to call himself Dr. Also, he would cut off the session abruptly while I was speaking. This happened three times. On the third occasion, I decided to end my sessions. Another reason I don't believe he is trustworthy. I wouldn't refer this platform to anyone. And I certainly would not refer Dr. whatever. Because he isn't an actual Dr. He is a Social Worker.
