I get such support and encouragement…
I get such support and encouragement from my therapist. It's great to have an outlet for my thoughts, both good and bad, and to get advice and feedback on what's going on in my life and how I'm dealing with the various challenges I face.

Finally found my wonderful therapist
It took me a while to find my wonderful therapist. I had to go through a few at first. It's okay to keep trying until you find someone you connect with and that can help you. Talkspace makes it easy.

My experience was incredible from the…
My experience was incredible from the start. I was connected with a therapist and she ended up becoming a true confidant. I still see her twice a month and I always feel heard and she always gives me meaningful support. She got me through an incredibly hard time in my life with a hard family situation and here we are a year and a half later and I still talk to her monthly!
