I’m so grateful for TalkSpace. I have been interested in therapy for years now, but was always hesitant because of the logistics to visit a therapist and the costs. Because of the ease of an online video and because my company’s insurance helps with some of the costs, therapy has been accessible, affordable, convenient, and life-changing. I had trial sessions with three different therapists until I found the right one for me. The process of switching therapists was judgment-free; and I found a therapist that gets exactly what I’m going through in my Life stages and who I am.

Finding a therapist was extremely easy! I’ve only had to meet one therapist instead of going through several which is even better!

So far my experience with Talkspace has been great! I’m a newbie when it comes to therapy so I was unsure. I’ve had about 5-6 seasons far. I have been able to start sorting through some issues.

Because they take insurance, it offered a great alternative to some of the either online therapy companies. I was able to find a therapist I match with, and work with a psychiatrist for medication. The app is easy to use, and I have gotten so much support. I’ve been able to message my therapist between appointments for scheduling conflicts or to request an earlier appointment, and the video/audio appointment works well. I’ve used it on a computer, iPad, and iPhone with ease.
