My therapist is wonderful
My therapist is wonderful! The app is easy to navigate. I especially love how easy it is to set follow up appointments and message my therapist. The only negative I have experienced is that there have been issues with the audio on quite a few occasions. Otherwise great!

The therapist is great
The therapist is great! My issue is the app; it seems to be wonky. It stopped letting me in on my laptop through the website; the same on my mini pad. It doesn’t seem to save passwords. Fix the issues with the app and website itself and things would be five stars.

My first therapist great at…
My first therapist seemed great at first but chose not to continue seeing me. She did not really explain why which did not help my reasoning for looking for therapy. My current therapist has been a good listener and validated my feelings about needing therapy. We are getting into a lot of stuff that is affecting me and has started to give more hands on ways to improve myself

The therapist I have right now is good
The therapist I have right now is good. Very receptive and a great listener. One issue I have is with talk space itself which is that it is challenging to get a receipt for services that I need to get FSA reimbursement. I think they need to just provide receipts via email or through the app.

Great interface
Great interface! I just wish that I could be on a mobile device rather than being connected to WiFi that way I can maybe be on audio while on my commute home. Other than that, I really enjoy the engagement I get with my therapist and how I can text her anytime on the app as well.

It’s straightforward and easy
It’s straightforward and easy, I would just change how it ends abruptly after sessions go over time. Maybe have a 1 minute warning.
