Tried 3 different therapists. Completely useless. One canceled a night before, with no penalty on their end. If I had to cancel within 24 hours I would've been charged. Spent two sessions with the other two. The first session is spent to explain the problem with no benefit to the patient. In the second they both completely misunderstood the issue and were quickly reviewing their notes at the last minute to catch up while trying to sound l8ke they had a plan. Waste of my time.

Talkspace is a bunch of crooks. Halfway through the year they decided they were no longer carrying my insurance and started hitting me with $102 bill on top of my co-pay. Which they never even notify me of then on top of it all because you have credit cards or debit cards or even flex spending hooked up you don’t see it coming out unless if you’re reviewing your account consistently, this went on from August 2025 to December 2025. No Green and I do understand if you were able to make an appointment $125 fee that goes along with it that makes total sense which I missed one appointment in August 2025 I never missed any other others so that should’ve been the only additional charge I should’ve seen on my account However from August 1925 I received my co-pay plus the $102. Aside from that every time I spoke to my therapist, I had to keep repeating myself because it felt as though she was not writing down or remembering what we went over so it was like a blank slate. She was very nice, however, but my experience of talking to somebody in the past Was that they kept a log of what you spoke of so they had something to go back to it was never a blank slate situation.

This company is a scam and only cares about stealing money. They say their messaging plan starts at $75, but charged me $138 for 1 week where I received 5-6 messages that all appeared to be written by ChatGPT. I have reached out to this company multiple times and they keep denying a refund even though they blatantly lied. This is just a warning to others to stay clear of this business.

Overwhelmingly negative experience! I sent a message to cancel the moment I signed up when I realized I couldn't choose my therapist. The ticket got closed with no reply, but not resolved. They charged me twice without me ever using their service, and when I contacted customer service, they literally gave me a link to contact their customer service through the same link I used to contact their customer service, so I'd just be submitting endless tickets and getting endless replies to submit more tickets and apparently be charged forever if I didn't contact my bank about this.

The therapist was awful. She did not listen at all to the needs of my daughter. She offered no advice or solutions, was not sympathetic or empathetic. She spoke to her in an intimidating manner. She did not bother establishing any rapport and showed zero genuine regard. She was like a machine!

Fraudulent billing, theft, and Scam They use anything to charge you, plus charging your insurance. they stated I did not reschedule in time, I did 25 hrs before appointment, then they said I canceled appointment without notice. That’s false also. Charging me $125.00 twice, and cut my therapy off, im going through severe depression, and they canceled all my appointments till I pay. Fraudulent billing

ive been using this app for over 4 months and out of the blue they started charging me fees that dont add up. its simply a scam of an app, my insurances pays for everything n now they claim my insurance only pays a portion yet the bill doesnt add up never using it again and will never recommend to anyone

My therapist is AMAZING (I really want to emphasize that) but it is ridiculous that this company cannot figure out how to move my charges forward to my insurance company correctly. The number of times I have been billed inappropriate because they claim that my insurance company won’t cover the costs even though it is because Talkspace suddenly began to change how they were inputting my information is ridiculous. This has happened 5-6 times now! And the worst part is that Talkspace won’t own up to their mistakes. They continue to blame the insurance company even though my company says that Talkspace suddenly changed how they were inputting information and that in the past it was fine, but now it isn’t, and other people with other insurances are experiencing the same problem. Obviously this means that Talkspace is the problem and not only will they not fix it, but they refuse to own up to it.
