Excited to keep going
I have wanted to get into therapy for a long time but found the prospect of setting up appointments and finding a therapist that met my needs daunting. So far I have been incredibly satisfied with the care I have received. Every session feels like I'm taking one more step into becoming a more holistically healthy person.

Makes starting therapy a breeze.
It was so easy to get in contact with my therapist. Then connecting with her and making appointments has been a breeze. She is so helpful and sends me materials to help with my anxiety and some issues in my relationship. I do feel like the app is a little glitchy and the connection isn’t always great.
