If there was an option for zero stars I would have chosen that. This company is charging for fraudulently submitted services. They refuse to remove the charges. They confirmed that they were in network with my insurance and were not. They are committing insurance fraud by coding and billing insurance for services not rendered. I’m filing a complaint with the NC Attorney General and filing a complaint against the doctor’s license for unethical conduct. Stay away from this company! They are only trying to help themselves to your money!

Like many others, experienced fraud. Was charged for services I never received and have been ignored and lied to. Highly recommend everyone report Talkiatry to the Better Business Bureau. It is an easy online report. They need to be investigated

WASTE OF MY TIME! It was not until my follow up appointment that I realized this lady was not really listening. Came in for medication management for ADHD that was clearly diagnosed years ago with a psychiatrist.I gave a detailed rundown of symptoms with back story and an established medication with a dosage that has been working great. After the first visit she states she needs more info and no dx was given. I sent her all the consents she needed to get this going for my follow up. follow up comes along. She scheduled it for the wrong time which was extremely inconvenient because I had to walk out of a meeting and then she began to tell me that she does not believe I have ADHD. NO REASONING GIVEN. She stated she thinks I have "something else" , which she did not care to elaborate on or discuss with me. She began reiterating information from our initial meeting and I had to correct her several times, stating that I had already gone over this with her in detail . Furthermore, she didn't agree with my current medication even though it was prescribed by a psychiatrist and I stated it has been functioning quite well for years. She asked if I wanted an internal referral, I declined, obviously and then she basically hung up on me. I have a master's degree in psychology and I have experience as a therapist, so it's safe to say I know a thing or 2 about therapy and my Diagnosis. Lets just say I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED. Don't bother with this service.

I regret ever making an appointment through this platform. They charged me twice - once for an initial intake appointment, fine - but then again for "additional psychotherapy" that was absolutely, 100% not done. My appointment consisted of me rambling about my symptoms and a provider nodding her head for an hour. Now the doctor is telling me to dispute the charge with customer service, and customer service (who never seem to actually know anything) are telling me I should have disputed with the provider. Shady, shady behavior. I feel completely taken advantage of. Way to prey on those of us who are already mentally vulnerable!

As a patient for about three months, I use Talkiatry service (doctors) to manage and prescribe my meds. Everyone seems very angry. Any normal anomalies, like sending Rx to an incorrect pharmacy, medical care questions in between appointments, or Doctors canceling appointments via Talkiatry phone service staff, are perceived as nothing but irritating problems. First and second responses are always pre-determined, and one size fits all templated answers that aren't relevant to the initial question. getting beyond that is always difficult, and encounters hostility from annoyance. Employees, including doctors, are most likely being mistreated or not valued. I intend to find an alternate solution as soon as I am able.

Inferior customer service... It seems supervisors of the call center are not accessible to listen to calls as requested by agents. At this time, I don’t feel I can trust anyone from the call center. Talkiatry needs to make things right and determine if I can even be validated given the poor customer service I received. I am planning to share my negative experiences on social media, as that seems to be my only option. I felt disregarded by the company, with no understanding of the fact that many customers dealing with Talkiatry may have mental health concerns. The agents do not seem suitable for this kind of work; they appear to lack proper training in handling trauma and other mental health issues, as evidenced by their lack of care and professionalism.

I made an appointment easy. The day of my appointment I tried to login into the app on my phone to attend my appointment and It wasn't letting me login. So I grabbed my laptop and tried to login that way and nothing. Someone from Talkiatry called me and got me to the waiting room (sent me a new link) and I could see myself on the camera. It said it was connecting to Alexander VanDenEnde and then it said connection failed. I left to go see if it was my internet and Talkiatry called me again but I had missed it by the time I came back to my laptop. Talkiatry texted me and canceled my appointment. I was worried I would be charged $100 so I called them right back and explained my situation and they said Alexander VanDenEnde canceled my appointment due to internet connectivity issues even though I was on the phone with Talkiatry on and off from 4:34 PM to 4:53 PM. My appointment was supposed to go from 4:30 PM to an hour. Talkiatry said they would try to waive the $100 fee but didn't guarentee it. My internet was fine on my end. Instead of helping me cope with my anxiety Talkiatry made it worse! If Talkiatry charges me I will be sure to give you an update.
