They have/had tons of billing issues, if you join get ready to gwt really annoyed with them

Horrible psychiatrist, didn't listen, and passed judgement after only 30 minutes.

A scammy garbage company. I paid my copay with them and then over a year later they tell me that I owe them over $200. Avoid them, they are not worth the time.

No help at all just a waste of time and mostly hope of help. I do not recommend this platform. They're just racking in money to tell you they can't help you or go see your primary physician. I won't do it but, I can see why people turn to alcohol or street drugs. My problem isnt a big deal just major anxiety over the situations that life can give you. My psychiatrist looked like she just barely graduated. And admitted she did not have the experience to help me. But she just got paid a large sum of money for that. This website is a real scam and should taken down. I wish there was a way to reverse the charge because she did nothing but waste my time, and give me even further anxiety.

My first appt was cancelled the day of because they said they hadn’t verified insurance. I had a email from a week before said my insurance had been verified. Rescheduled the appt for 3 weeks later, doctor didn’t show up to the appt. Waited a total of 6 weeks to never get anything done. I would recommend avoiding them unless you enjoy pointlessly waiting.

I went to talkiatry because I wanted a medical, professional opinion. What I got instead was abuse and severe malpractice, as well as illegally drug tested without my knowledge or consent and then when I requested my medical records it took about 6 months to get them released to me. To see on my medical record that I was diagnosed with 7 mental illnesses that aren't valid was...there are no words. That is now on my medical record forever. So I will do the same courtesy to Dr. Vukasin and tell the truth on the internet so that it is there forever and when it is taken down I will tell it again and again because it needs to be heard!!!! I went to seek second, third, even fourth opinons and what I learned on this rabbit hole... everyone should do the same honestly. I exposed the scary reality of doctors like this who have an ego that needs to be checked. Just trying to wrongfully diagnose people and drug them. My final diagnosis after being properly evaluated by a nueropyschologist for 6 hours was not even close to the 7 mental illnesses Dr. Vukasin "diagnosed" me with after a 45 minute session. He also started our session by telling me his credentials. That he has been a psychiatrist for 30 something years and has worked with all kinds of people such as criminals and severe cases etc. At the end of our second session I apparently made HIM uncomfortable. And you want to know why? Because I was asking intelligent questions and asking him how he came to his conclusion and so quickly and he couldn't answer me. He ended our session after dropping a bomb on me of those 7 mental illnesses I do not have and told me I made HIM uncomfortable. If someone was suicidal or in danger of harming themselves or others, this man may pushed them over the edge which is why I say that he is DANGEROUS. You can read my full review on Yelp. It was too long to post here. I am leaving a review every where I can because Talkiatry took down my Google review. My review stands after their reply! I have spoken to them at length and they did nothing about this except apologize that doesn’t reset my medical records with false claims or stop Dr. Vukasin from doing this to others or take any responsibility for their actions. Talking to them does NOTHING!!!

This company I'm sure is incapable of change. I have been on the phone complaining to billing since I started in August of last year. They claim to be affordable and yet charge $550 bucks before insurance for a 17 min phone call. My psychiatrist claimed to not do therapeutic services and yet I am charged for them. They just say it's because I haven't hit my deductible... my deductible hasn't changed so why has your rate increased over $100 each time. My mental health is worse now then when I started.

I wish I saw reviews before starting talkiatry. I had a consult in which I was referred out anyways after my 45 minute appointment. Which they do say can happen when signing up.. but then I get a bill for 400 and 200 for additional supportive therapy… I did NOT receive additional therapy. It was a consult of questions and then being referred out and told what the referral is for… so being charged for supportive therapy is absolutely wrong!! I left that appointment with nothing… just knowing I need to stick it out until I see someone who can help me. Having to answer difficult questions and then being told best to go somewhere else is hard… but on top of 600 dollar bill… now 400 with insurance… ridiculous… and to see reviews of same thing and apparently no resolution… I’m so upset.. these people need help, not a set back talkiatry… do better!!
