They charged me over $700 for one session. My insurance covered $300. They add on extra charges such as a charge for using "Psychiatry." And then they wouldn't diagnose me and told me I should see someone in person.

I had a 30 minute first time session. I have ADHD, previously diagnosed, I was merely looking to get an updated prescription as my last provider no longer accepts my insurance. I was charged $398 for 30 minutes AFTER insurance. I spoke to the company ans was told "The cost is determined by the severity and complexity of your care". I struggle to understand the what is severe or complex in this situation. for a 30 min conversation to get a new script. This company is a scam.

Tried to schedule an appointment on three separate occasions. Cancelled day before or day of all three times.

They will bill you as an out of network provider and charge hundreds of dollars for a visit with a provider who could care less about treating your concerns. Waste of time and hundreds of dollars to land back at square one. Don't let them fool you.

I think they're ridiculous but they're 48-hour policy of canceling or they'll still charge you $100! I made and appointment and didn't think that I was going to have to cancel but my work called me in 4 hours before my appointment. Of course I get charged for that when people don't even have the extra money to pay for that! But my one daughter's counselor is always canceling on her! Wow. Yeah this is app isn't for extremely busy people because they do not work with you in any way with that 48-hour period!

Would leave 0 stars if I could. Prior to the appointment I filled out a questionnaire asking about current or previous mental health diagnoses which I disclosed. I was made to go through an hour long consultation appointment where the psychiatrist made me feel very uncomfortable only to be told that Talkiatry doesn’t take patients with my particular diagnosis as remote patients. I then received a bill for half a grand which I plan to appeal. Very deceitful company

I called and simply asked what their rates were for self pay. I said that I wouldn't have insurance for about a month. She said call back when you have insurance! Can't you just tell me? She said make an appointment first.

One of the biggest scams! Jerked me around for months then cancelled my appointment at last minute because dr only saw children. Next dr didn't want to help me after telling me I was severe! And now they want my money!
