I was in desperate need of help. Not only did the provider cancel 10 minutes prior to my appointment, to which I then had to jump through a bunch of hoops to get the appointment back, they said I needed too much help and wouldn’t help me at all. TERRIBLE. She did not care about my well being, she was very mechanical.

Horrible customer service. Their automatic replies seem to work well but speaking with a competent human being is not an option. Leaves me to question the quality of their providers. Since there are numerous companies offering similar services, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere as this place appears to be nothing but a money grab.

It is really quit shocking. I went for anxiety and she added on a simple non controlled medication then scheduled me 45 days out. I ran out of meds, had to call her to get more and she gave no refill. In the interim I had a second visit and she again did not fill my medication but the next visit isn't for 3 months. I had to run around a day before vacation and finally got her to send it in and again it has no refill! This practice in essence is holding medications hostage, more specifically undermining continuity of care just to feed the business practice money. I am sickened by this business there are many more reputable practices out there beware of this one. YUCK!

HAVE NEVER MADE APPOINTMENT HERE AND THEY ARE ATTEMPTING TO SEND ME MULTIPLE NOTIFICATIONS ABOUT 100 $FEE IF I CANCEL! NO ONE WILL ANSWER WITHOUT ME GIVING MY PERSONAL INFORMATION FIRST! The same person answers the 800 number! ITS A SCAM

My experience with Talkiatry has been terrible. They charge OUTRAGEOUS prices and are extremely difficult to deal with when calling to handle issues with billing. After my insurance "covered" their part, I still owed $1400 out of pocket for only TWO 1-hour VIRTUAL visits with a psychiatrist. This is an outrage. How could anyone charge over $700 for an HOUR for basic services? Instead of improving my mental health, dealing with Talkiatry has made my mental health worse. The money and stress of dealing with their poorly run services has taken a negative toll on my life and costed me hours of time, with no solution from them. Not only do I NOT recommend Talkiatry, but I will be telling everyone I know that it is a terrible company that overcharges people who are just trying to get mental health support. It is so sad that they take advantage of people who need mental health help.

Total patient abandonment and mental health crisis due to billing issues and the lack of communication skills in billing. I have been refused my 30 day mandatory notice for other treatment options and cut off abruptly from my meds which can be fatal. They really don’t care about anyone it’s all ppl out of country who answers calls and they try to make you more upset than you are already and laugh at you.

Terrible experience all around. Steven Brady did not listen to me at all. I was having challenges at work and suspected I may have ADHD. He tried to force me to have multiple appointments before I could even schedule a testing appointment (all of which HE would be paid for, naturally) — four months later, I STILL have not been tested. He also ignored my concerns about my work environment and told me that he would not assist me with requesting accommodations, no matter what my diagnosis was. Then there is the billing fiasco. Talkiatry Billing screwed up filing with my insurance, and I have spent months trying to reconcile an outrageous $500 bill for a 45-minute appointment (which did not help me at all) to avoid them sending it to collections when THEY filed it incorrectly with my insurance in the first place but refuse to refile it. Stay far, far away from this disastrous company and its disreputable providers.

$1000 for 3 sessions 25 min long. Didn’t receive a bill until 3 sessions later and luckily cancelled the 4th.
