My provider took in consideration all my symptoms and issues, even the ones I had suppressed for years to help me the best way she could. She is an absolute blessing.

I've been using talkitry for over a year and it's been helpful for getting my meds regulated. I've never had a problem with them using my insurance. My copay is $40. I do wish it was easier to change psychiatrists.

I started using Talkiatry in January of 2023. I read up on the doctors available for my state and ended up choosing one I felt would be a good fit for me. I made an appt with her and immediately felt heard, understood, accepted and believed. I am 44 yo old now (2024) and have been on Vyvanse since 2013 for binge eating disorder and ADHD. I switched insurance and my primary care wouldn’t prescribe it. I stopped taking it and it was immediately apparent how much it had been helping me in school and at work. I testing done at my college in 2020 to determine whether or not I had a learning disability and ADHD (California-ask about it at your school’s DPP office! It’s free in most states) after an 8 hour long, intensive testing process with a psychologist, it was determined that I had ADD and a math specific learning disability. I gave that documentation to my talkiatry doctor. She had no problem prescribing my Prozac, Vyvanse and sleeping meds (clonidine). I’ve never had an issue with anything and the customer service with Talkiatry is fantastic. My provider always takes the time to talk with me and is very supportive regarding my life events. It really is like a 30 minute therapy session with what now seems like a totally unbiased friend. I’m moving in December and she doesn’t have a lic to practice in CA so I have to find another psych. I’m hoping talkiatry continues to provide me with excellent care in my future home state.

I love my psychiatrist. She has helped me in so many ways. I have been seeing her on line for almost a year. We have finally been able to find a medication to help me. She listens and understands my issues and often explains why I may be feeling the way that I do at the time.

I'm in shock at the negative reviews! I have been using Talkiatry for both medication management & counseling for a few months now and have not encountered any of the scheduling, billing, or communication issues that others have experienced. I'm not trying to take their experiences away from them, just wanted to note that they do have some phenomenal doctors & therapists on staff!

Take these bad reviews with a grain of salt. the people who write reviews typically are the people who have bad experiences; you hear almost nothing about the good ones. I never had a billing issue, never got hassled, I had a very simple conversation up front about my health insurance plan to be sure it was covered. It's always been correct... I had 3 bad doctors before using Talkietry. Right away, I did research, found a doctor with good reviews, and now it's been a great experience. He happens to be on Talkietry. The app works, never had the video break, he's always on time, scheduling is a breeze. The patient portal is simple, sending messages - easy. My doctor replies right away, he sends scripts promptly and more importantly CORRECTLY. I had like one issue and he fixed it in like 4 hours. Advice: do your research on the DOCTOR, not the platform. The platform works just fine, pretty good actually. Before you go to your appointment, make sure your insurance company covers it. That's it.

My Psychiatrist Dr Kevin DiCesare was working at an office in New Hampshire. I was devastated when he left! I saw someone else at the same place, but she wasn’t him. That was back in 2017, He wasn’t sure if was going to do something different. Well every month I googled his name and I was thrilled to find him at Talkiatry! Dr DiCesare is the most caring, wonderful, Doctor you could ever have! His personality is outstanding! He makes you so comfortable, I never feel rushed, I can tell him thinks that are so personal! He will get you on the proper medication The on line visits that Talkiatry offer are great. If you are in need of a Psychiatrist, I highly recommend the best Doctor and a wonderful person,Dr Kevin DiCesare at Talkiatry!! Thank you Colleen Falzone

I can’t believe all these bad reviews. I couldn’t ask for a better, more attentive psychiatrist. He knows what I need before I do. On top of that I have a therapist through talkiatry who is equally excellent. I like them both so much that I changed insurance plans when I found out Talkiatry didn’t take my new insurance. I must have gotten really lucky because I wouldn’t trade them for the world. Fantastic is an understatement.
