I like it because I don't have to leave my house. And my Dr is the best ( and I don't say that lightly).

Dr. Radke has been great in building rapport with my teenage daughter and carefully finding medication.

The psychiatrist I am seeing, Natalie Cummings,MD, is friendly and easy to talk to. She responds to messages that I send to her in a timely fashion. She is understanding and is diligent about following through with necessary tasks.

Ignore bad reviews. It sounds like a majority of the issues that patients have is that they want hard-core controlled substances to feed dependency and this is NOT the place for that. I had no issues finding a provider that is a perfect for me. Setting up the appointment was a breeze and even though I had a small billing dispute, it was handled professionally and quickly. My psychiatrist listens, provides feedback, and is very involved in helping me find the right medications. It seems that bad reviews in here speak more to the frustrations of living with mental illness than signs that this is a bad company. This is NOT a bad company and they are not bait and switching anyone. They help people, and they save lives. They will NOT, and I mean will NOT indiscriminately prescribe benzos (Xanax, Valium, etc.) Like it is very, very difficult to get more than 10 mg and they will NOT set up prescriptions with refills on these drugs. So if you are looking for a quick, hassle free resource to fill that need, look elsewhere because this place will NOT feed addictions or addictive behavior.

The website is really easy to use. Getting started was quick and talking to a provider was simple. Rx refills are easy and scheduling is really easy too. Completely covered by my BCBS insurance.

The on line system works flawlessly. Dr. Hess is providing excellent care and professional advice. I am very pleased. Greg Jolley
