One hour before my first appointment with Michael Henegan, he canceled due to a "scheduling conflict." The appointment was rescheduled for the day after. He never showed up. Customer service tried to contact him without success. I will NEVER use Talkiatry again, because of the lack of care they provide for people in need.

Attempted 2x to have an appointment. Both times the provider either didn't show or went to a different link. The tech help is from India or another country and not from the US. Complete waste of time.

Couldn't connect with provider due to technical difficulties, so the doctor's administrator contacted me to reschedule. After that, they marked it as a no show and billed me $100 fee.

Wish I could give negative stars. I haven’t even had a chance to speak with anybody yet after WEEKS of trying. Both providers cancelled my appointment day of (one of them 30 minutes before my session) whereas if I wanted to cancel within 48 hrs I would’ve owed $100. Can’t even get through to a human customer service rep to express my disappointment. Clearly people are using a psychiatry site because they are struggling in some form and it’s a big step sometimes to even go through the effort of scheduling an appointment so I’m just appalled.

Worst therapy experience I’ve ever had with Talkiatry and Dr. Michael Miller. He brought up a past arrest that was dropped and not prosecuted in a judgmental way, leaving me feeling humiliated instead of supported—and then the session ended abruptly with no explanation. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Proceed with caution society - worst psychiatric doctor and company EVER!

Appointment is for 4pm. I log in around 3:58pm, put in information - waiting for call to start by 4:05pm. The message said provider is still waiting for it to appear, and yet nothing. I contact support - they mark it as a no show and want me to pay a $100 fee. I know its a legitimate business, but the fact is the whole setup to getting treatment feels awful.

Extremely predatory. My one hour initial telehealth consultation costs $658, out of which I received no treatment. The entire time I felt the psychiatrist (Laura Long) was roasting me, had zero empathy when I was talking about my traumas, it felt like she just kept rushing me and recommending therapy and pushing me off to someone else to deal with. I was led to believe this visit would only require a copay, but instead I have a bill for over $600 for less than 2 hours combined over three short "visits" talking to someone on my phone and receiving no treatment. Absolutely sickening how this company charges you and you have no idea how much it's going to cost. This is theft and immoral. I want my $600 back!

I personally think the government entities should come in and shut this place down. People struggle every day with mental health and they sign up to go here and they get charged insane fees that are not clear in the beginning. I waited a couple of weeks and when I was able to speak to someone I felt like I could get the help i needed, however, at the end of the conversation. He told me, unfortunately, I'm not available. You'll have to find somebody else.My schedule is booked! I asked him, what was the point of the conversation? He replied. They schedule us even if we have filled schedules. So we can refer you out. That is absurd. Why did I just spend an hour? Telling you all my problems
