The psychiatrists and therapist constantly cancel appointments just hours and sometimes minutes before the appointment. Then they charge me a $100 cancellation fee. They clearly do not care about your mental health as my psychiatrist just dropped me and told me to see an in person psychiatrist.

It's a scam
This place is an utter scam. My experience was negative all around and their suggestions for care because they decided they couldn't help after they billed me were outlandish. Stay far away. You can be stable in meds and just want your current meds refilled and they can't manage that.

Billing is HORRIBLE
They were great at first and got me connected right away to a psychiatrist who was able to help me with my ADHD meds. However, their billing takes MONTHS and by the time you receive a bill, it's either pay it ASAP or get sent to collections. Additionally, since it took so long, I didn't know each visit was costing me $275 out of pocket because they originally said the provider was in-network but she ended up not being in-network. The worst part came after I stopped services (I don't know about you, but I cannot afford $275 a month) when they put me on the "payment plan" At first, it was fine, but then they would randomly and WITHOUT NOTICE (which is in violation of their Terms of Service) debit my bank account. I was given a different reason every time I called to ask what was going on and assured it wouldn't happen again. Well, it happened 3 times to the tune of $350 dollars in 30 days ON TOP of the payment plan.
This is a shameful and horrible company. I will make sure I NEVER recommend them to anyone. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for care!

My provider was great / billing is criminal
My provider was great. The billing and prices are actually criminal. It’s so unsustainable. Spent almost $1k out of pocket for 2 visits with INSURANCE.

5 months of billing problems; GO elsewhere.
5 months of billing problems. Have sent them my insurance card info and still contact them as often as 3 times/ month trying to get this straight. Don't go here. Find another source, there are plenty on the Internet. In 2025 I had no problem with my insurance being processed, not true in 2026. Watch out for them taking unauthorized debit card withdrawals exceeding the amount. I hate to leave, but there are so many better sites out there. I refuse to reward incompetence. Hopefully AI will start to eliminate some of the worst of these employees.

If I could give them zero stars I would.
If I could give them zero stars I would. I may never seek psychiatric help ever again because of the poor experience I had with this company. I had an hour long evaluation scheduled that did not take the full hour, the provider was reading from a checklist and barely looked at me the entire time, was incredibly judgmental, told me I couldn’t have ADHD because I was good at school, and ended by advising that I seek mental health counseling. Imagine my surprise when the bill came in saying that she did provide me mental health counseling. I sure wish that I could get paid for the work of an electrician by recommending you reach out to an electrician.
I attempted to dispute the bill, they said they reviewed it and that they agreed with the assessment. When I asked for an extended review that included a review of the video from the session, they took three months to respond, all the while threatening to send me to collections for not paying my $381 bill, only to say after literally three months of no response that they believe that their review is sufficient, and if I had additional problems to take it up with the insurance company. They still have not responded to my complaints about the quality of care received from my provider, which leads me to believe that they don’t actually care about providing mental health services, but really care about billing insurance companies.
I have never experience such terrible service. Do not, under any circumstances, use this company.

Complete scam
Com9lete scam. I entered the virtual meeting 10 MINUTES early. The Doctor didn't bother to join til 18 minutes late. I could see him but not hear him. I kept waving at the screen shaking my head and pointing to my ear. He NEVER looked directly at the screen then after only a couple minutes the meeting was terminated by him. They called me on the phone almost immediately but told me the doctor had already moved on with his day and that I would have to make another appointment. I told them not in a million years. Then the next day they sent me a bill for $100.00. I called them and told them I would call my bank and dispute the charges so they told me they wouldn't charge me. TOTL SCAM!!

For my first visit they charged me…
For my first visit they charged me $425. They didn't tell me that they would take it all out at once. They say they offer payment plans. They didn't send it through on my insurance. When I asked if they could refund me and set up a payment plan they told me they couldn't do that. There websites state they have payment plans though.
