Terrible experience
My doctor was Zeynep Altun and at the very minimum I do not recommend this specific doctor. The convenience of telehealth is not worth the experience I had.

Worse ever horrible!!! 0 stars actually negative 0 … never work with them ever !! They charged me 100$ for an appointment that I never went to and canceled 48hrs before hand …. My appointment was on may 28th i cancelled on the 25 then I get a confirmation email saying thank you for canceling appointment for 27&28th… I never scheduled a appointment on the 27th why would I schedule two appointments back to back when I’ve literally never sat down with any psychiatrist with the company …. Horrible horrible

If I could give zero stars, I would, and I NEVER write reviews if that tells you anything. This has to be the worst service I've ever had in telehealth. It never fully connected to my email account, so only half the information ever got sent through, and it was delayed by hours. The site doesn't work. They are trying to charge me $100 for a no-show, even though they never sent me any information on how to join the appointment call, so I had no way to join. It is a joke and should be shut down. Money-hungry, illegitimate service. Don't use!!!

After telling me my visit is covered by insurance, they charged my insurance $710 for a single one hour intro visit, where my portion was $409. I thought this has to be a mistake but they said it was not. Considering their website said the visits are normally around $40 this was egregious to me. I could see a therapist in person for this kind of expense. Multiple calls and emails with no offer to adjust it.

the psych cancelled on me twice and I get charged a bill and threatened to be put in collections for a $200 bill wherein no services or products were received.

This place treated me for years, knowing my medications and medical history. It was never a problem. They suddenly decided they were no longer going to treat patients who took certain medications. I am on disability so I asked for a reasonable accommodation which they denied for no justifiable reason, leaving me without care. You cannot count on these online "doctors" as they are clearly more interested in the easy money than your actual mental health.

After I gave form of payment, there was nothing….. just info about being billed depending on my insurance. I called back and cancelled. Why not take form of payment after everything is verified?

This was my first experience approaching a telemedicine company like this one. I spoke to three people over three successive days and each one of them kept evading my questions regarding costs. Furthermore, when I asked a question they would not deviate one word from the script that they were no doubt provided. All three people I spoke to gave me the identical same answers. This left a very bad taste and makes me think their back-end is very dodgy. I canceled pursuing therapy with the third person because she infuriated me by refusing to deviate from the script.
