Cost Savings and Choice were helpful.
I was able to get better coverage than my old Aetna plan.

God awful. See Emma Bailey's review. Because of Take Command Health's ineptitude, I was unable to submit any expenses via their portal in time to get them approved with a safe margin before the IRS deadline.

Company used to be great, with great customer service. No longer so: I had a $1400 2023 medical reimbursement approved by them but they wouldn't send it to my employer to process on Jan 19th because 'you haven't uploaded your 2024 cover". Several chat messages and phone calls explaining that my plan doesn't renew until March 1st so obviously I don't have 2024 card yet.... No help. They just kept telling me to upload my new card. Eventually I get the card....go to upload it, there a 7 choices of insurance carrier, none is mine (United). More time in chat and on the phone until I'm told 'just click any button'. I spent a total of about 7 hours trying to upload an insurance card that took me about 20 seconds last year. This company has the worst portal, the worst software and the worst customer service

Program was explained in detail. Everyone was professional. The usual challenge with any new project but I worked through the details in a relatively short time.

Nothing could possibly be worse. They have no way of reaching them. They don’t reply to emails. They don’t answer calls. They have limited hours, and during the hours they don’t answer. They’ve told me “you need to speak to an expert” and then scheduled a next day call I never received. When requesting proof of coverage, they don’t even open it. They just decline it so they can check it off their list.

Account and subscription have never worked correctly. Spend time troubleshooting with customer service and the problem was not solved. More stress from using the App, not less!

it was easy once we had the right documentation.

It is so hard to get someone on the phone. You need a better customer service protocol. I am a new business owner and I am so confused and it takes me 3 days to talk to someone? It is absurd. I am actively looking for other options
