Using and navigating the site is super challenging. Very difficult to filter plans into easy to compare bunches or filter out bunches by plan name type, such as Pathway or Slect Plus. Search bar does not work properly. Example, I typed a plan name (Pathway, Select Plus, etc) and it would tell me no plans available. When you clear the name search, it would show those plans in the big group. There should be a "favorites" button so you can store plans to look at again later. The "compare" ability is mildly helpful, but only allows you to keep 4 marked. A "favorites" button would make it easier to narrow down huge variety of choices. Only allowing 9 plans per page also makes it tough to adequately review and compare plans.

Edit 01/29: After this review someone was able to reach out to me and help me settle things. I'm rating three stars now. The initial communication was still problematic and a format like this seems to leave an extra layer for miscommunication and mistakes with health benefits, but the experience ended well My employer switched to Take Command to handle their healthcare and it has been nothing but a nightmare since. At first the credit promised made my plan look like a great deal. Two months later, I get a collection call from my healthcare provider saying that I owe almost $2000, in essence the full cost of the plan. The take command rep responded by saying that I "Just had to pay it out of my own pocket and the company will reimburse me. I have worked for good and bad companies over almost 30 years and never seen anything close to this tacky of a setup. Please if you are an employer and considering them, be better to your workers. For everyone else, this type of company only exists because we are in a grift economy where only profit margins matter. Look elsewhere if your company switches to them for healthcare.

Very slow on answering and solving Admin and Employee concerns and questions. Company may be understaffed. Software cannot fully accommodate taxable reimbursements and non-taxable reimbursements, and cannot offer support or explanation as to why.

There is a lack of communication. For over a month I see the same dashboard. 'POC in review' for some of my employees

Staff were helpful and the site was pretty good for set up. Instructions were easy to follow, but lacking in some respects. For instance, those of us who had insurance through the Mass Health Connector site thought that we were cancelling that and would be paying for insurance through the Take Command portal. Your instructions do not make it clear that wherever you have your plan and are paying for it that it remains the same. Your instructions talk about selecting a plan, etc.. making it seem that employees are shopping for insurance on your site. You should make it clearer that we are 'finding' our plan and sharing our selection and invoice for proof of insurance with Take Command.
