Take Command phone support was very helpful and efficient

The insurance is too expensive. For the lowest insurance option, which is twice what I was paying at several previous employers, it only comes with health insurance. It doesn't include dental or vision. Those are separate!!!

The communication is horrible. I would not recommend them for any business owner. It will become very clear to you they design their company to be as hands off as possible. A new company going AI as possible. Their marketing videos show you a bunch of customer service, but that is not the case. Would not recommend.
