Overall a good experience. Only downside is the call backs for team members who needed help. Delays created more anxiety when switching insurances. Alex was very attentive!

Take Command manages my employer's QSEHRA and they have been very helpful and responsive as this is my first experience with choosing and managing my own individual health insurance. They make it easy enough to contact them and they do a good job explaining things.

Our set up was complicated due to the difference of 2025 and 2026. It took some time to sort out, but we eventually got there.

I feel b the people I spoke with were helpful. Once I understood what I was doing it went well. But I found it stressful I couldn't have done it by myself

Our company made the switch to ICHRA and TakeCommandHealth in 2022. We had continually faced budget issues from Health Insurance increases coupled with complaints from employees about healthcare choice. Although the learning curve was difficult at first, it was a game changer. Our employee recruitment improved over the ability to equal or better medical benefit costs of competitors and reigned in exploding healthcare cost. TakeCommandHealth has been a great partner in improving the experience of both the employee and HR administration. I like how they recognize that they can continue to improve.

I am still trying to get used to the concept of this ICHRA thing aftet being on a group plan with either BCBS or UHC for most of my 35 year career. I’m not sure if I like it yet. Signing up was a bit of a pain. I asked a representative if I could use my COBRA they told me yes, so I submitted that indoor and then my dashboard said “DENIED” and no one could tell me how to get back to the option of choosing another plan. (it was vague in the description of whether or not I could use my own COBRA, it was worded to sound like I couldn’t use my spouse’s COBRA) I finally figured it out by telling it I’d recently lost coverage and then the options to choose a new plan was available again. There are so many to choose from, it gets confusing but I finally settled on a UHC Gold policy with a low deductible and low cost for specialist since I see several a few times a year. The most annoying part was having to wait days for a call back from someone to help me sign up.
