I would give it negative stars if I could. This is the most incompetent company I have ever experienced. Not one thing has been done correctly or smoothly. I am currently at risk of losing my health insurance because this company failed to pay my premium and enroll me in the correct plan on the marketplace. I did all the steps I was told to and the ball was dropped, yet again. As an employee who has no other option than to use this platform, the follow through on what is promised has been abysmal. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. If you are an employer who cares about their employees at all, steer clear of this company and platform.

there was little to no instruction on what to do after the initial sign up

Poor communication and inability to manage or resolve simple issues such as changing classes even though I am the admin.

Responses to inquiries are very delayed

Take Command made it quite easy to design and set up the plan. Lakey Hudgins has been very attentive and helpful in the entire process and continues to answer my questions as they come up.

Can’t upload documents. Called customer service still no help.

It is very unclear what value you give to our organization.
