Very slow on answering and solving Admin and Employee concerns and questions. Company may be understaffed. Software cannot fully accommodate taxable reimbursements and non-taxable reimbursements, and cannot offer support or explanation as to why.

You cannot buy an MEC through Take Command Don't let them fool you. They also have no idea how to help people buy an MEC. I've been sent to four different 3rd parties, all of whom tell me they're not the correct place to contact, then I get caught in a loop with Take Command's support team telling me to contact those same places. Because of their lack of knowledge and insanely slow response time over the past almost 2 months, I am now going to miss the deadline and have no coverage.

The person I had a phone meeting with to help me pick my insurance was great. I told him exactly want i wanted and he showed me the options I would have. They are very knowledgeable I appreciated that the same day I was able to receive a phone call to get help on picking insurance.

My company chose Take Command to place employees on the marketplace. For someone who has always had company paid insurance it is a terribly confusing task to educate yourself in 2 weeks to make the proper choice for yourself. I actually ended up have to call the company I was looking at to get the questions I needed answered. Then Take Command submitted my application wrong so at 5:30 on December the 31st they let me know there was an issue and they would be in touch. Awesome hope nothing happens until I do. I was without insurance for 12 days. Of course everything would be back dated but that does not help when you need to go to the doctor and they cancel an appointment because they cannot verify your insurance. One my insurance was finally set up it took a month and half and 2 separate request to get insurance cards. and now my bill due 2/27 and was sent out on 2/5 still has not been paid.

Take Command made setting up and managing an HRA so easy! Their platform is intuitive, and their team is incredibly knowledgeable, always ready to answer questions and guide me through the process. I was initially overwhelmed by the idea of switching to an ICHRA, but Take Command broke it down step by step, making compliance and setup a breeze. The ability to offer employees personalized health benefits while keeping costs predictable has been a huge win. If you're a business owner looking for a smarter, more flexible way to handle health benefits, I can't recommend Take Command enough!
