Unreliable and terrible customer service
What terrible terrible customer service. The jewelry I ordered got lost in the mail, and Tai refused to send me a replacement. After several email exchanges I decided to just ask for a refund. I am a repeat customer but I will never purchase from them again. Previously they sent me a bracelet that was scratched and It also took a lot of email exchanges and negotiations before they sent issued an exchange. If you’re going to do online business, either get your items insured, ask for a claim with your mail carrier, or do better quality control. Never will buy from them again.

Not as pictured
I’ve Purchased this bracelet before so it was a replacement of one that I have lost because it broke off my wrist. The one that I received did not look like the other one it was a cheaper version of the one that I previously had. So I’m obviously not pleased with this purchase
