I ordered 2 necklaces and I am unhappy with both. The Stone Monogram Pendant was supposed to be 16 inches and it’s 17 inches. The beads on the Sterling Silver Enamel Beaded Necklace with CZ are so small that it looks like a necklace for a child.

I love the earrings and ring I recently purchased through the TAI website. They appear to be high quality and shipping was quick. The only feedback I have is that I wish the website listed the size/dimensions of jewelry (such as earrings).

I am an unrelated party. Either the customer Tessa or the TAI co. has been sending me emails with the buyer's phone no. etc. as well as innumerable emails from order placement until return. I contacted the supposed buyer and intimated her of this matter. Neither the buyer nor the seller responded or took corrective action. This is at least a breach privacy, of cyber-security and any other applicable laws. Let's hope it were an honest mistake. Either or both parties should have addressed the spam or scam and above-mentioned breach. INSECURE.

The earrings I received didn’t have the best quality and were cheaply made. They were broken even before I took them out of the box so I had to return them. The quality doesn’t justify the price on the items.
