I recieved a invoice from Fedex after recieving the pacage and had to pay extra $25

The earring were extra large and not large. Your return policy is very impersonal. In fact, I am not even sure if I'll get my money back. I would feel more comfortable going through yur site and receving a prepaid mailing label thru P FedEx, USPS or UPS. I don't mind paying the shipping. Just receiving a return address to mail jewelry back to without an electronic account of the return seems like you all don't care
