TAI JewelryReviews of taijewelry.com

Discover this brand at the Houston Museum of Fine Arts! Made a purchase at the MFAH and decided to grab a few more earrings on the TAI website.

Really good cuz I wrote you because I could not get the discount and I received an answer and I finally got the discount. Thanks

I bought earrings from TAI Jewelry and received great customer service. My first delivery never arrived and I did buy the insurance but was still worried the company would not be responsive. But instead they were very proactive in helping me and getting me the earrings!

Necklace arrived earlier than expected, very nice packaging.

So easy with Apple Pay

I paid for expedited shipping well before Christmas and didn’t arrive until much later. When I called and spoke to someone about shipping specifically they insured me that it would be no issue. When I contacted them around 22 December when it still had not arrived, there was no answer for days no way to leave a message and no answer on email.

The letter came off the necklace part. Not made well, not satisfied!

Beautiful jewelry! One of a kind. My kids wear earrings only from this brand. They love Christmas and summer themed earrings the most. Great quality! I am very pleased with this brand. Also, the shipping was very quick.
