I wanna start off by saying I’m absolutely obsessed with this company’s products!! I want like all of it, I got a beautiful ring, and after a little it got a bit of tarnish on it, so I emailed with the company, and I was able to exchange it for an brand new ring, within The warranty time!! The customer service is honestly amazing. I don’t thing I’ve ever had some a good experience, it’s like Disneyland. :) Freya is wonderful !!

I lost one of my ear climbers last year and was anxious to replace it. I searched on Tai jewellery website but could not find it. I reached out via email and despite the pandemic, I got a prompt reply and my earring was mailed though it might have been discontinued. I am pleased to have my exact same earrings and correspondence was excellent. I am a happy bunny!!!

I ordered a necklace over a week ago. Should have been delivered yesterday but it’s been delayed. No new info on when it will be delivered. I would have given a better rating if I had received my purchased on time or if I had received additional info on when my necklace would be delivered. EDIT: I have since received my necklace. So I would like to change my review to 5 stars! This necklace is so pretty. Very tiny and dainty. I love it!

We are unfortunately unable to control carrier delays as a result of COVID-19 and have asked our customers to be aware of this possibility at the top of our web page - we ship out immediately following your order so most customers receive their pieces very quickly, some areas have just seen more delays than others, but your package is currently in transit to you. You can view your tracking in your account on our website or in the shipment confirmation email that you received from us, and if you have signed up for text updates for shipping, you will have received a message stating that the package has been delayed with USPS. Unfortunately this is something that is entirely out of our control though we do our best to provide the tools for our customers to receive updates on shipping, including text updates if you should wish to use them, but if your package does not arrive or is lost/stolen we will be happy to help you get a replacement asap.
