Ok this will be my first review since I received and installed my sensors. First let me start with the order process when I picked the item I wanted. I call and they set me up with some sensors. Now from what i originally order when i conformation of order it seem to be wrong thing from what i had in cart. Originally wanted silver sensors since i had chrome bumpers but, i recieved an email from a guy name Eddie who explained that i needed the rubber sensors for that hookup and they only came in black. I was a little disappointed due to the fact that I wanted it to match bumper but went with the black rubber ones any way. I will admit they were a little on the pricey side but the material and just the way they feel of good Quality made me overlook that because I felt like they were worth it. Now this is my second set of sensors. 1 from a company Boyo which set a set of universal plastic ones that never work for me. Especially the front. Since installing the new rubber ones from tadibrothers I had some issues with the sensors constantly going off even while I'm driving normal spends. I was so bad in the morning time until I had to mute the speaker on the display. Reached out to them again for assistance and got a quick response from Eddie once again. I mean Eddie even went as far as to call and go over the issues I was having. I don't know if what he said has actually solved the problem because I did this just before this review but it seems to be a difference. The real test is tomorrow morning while traveling to work. Customer service is some of the best! Definitely recommend to anyone.

I had an issue with installation and let them know. I was immediately and consistently contacted until I responded. It was obvious they wanted to make it right which they did. It’s clear that customer service and satisfaction is of highest importance to Tadibrothers.

I recently purchased a travel trailer and wanted to get a back up camera. I had visited a site called Rear View Safety because they appeared to have what I was looking for. I still had a few questions that were left unanswered by the website so I called. The person I spoke with couldn't answer any of my questions. All of his answers included "I think that will work". I tried reaching out to a supervisor both by email and phone and never got a call back. I finally found TadiBrothers and what a night a day difference in customer service. Not only was Danny extremely polite, but he was very knowledgeable. He answered every question I had with confidence and was able to provide me with the exact solution I was hoping to find. have a 1997 Fleetwood pace arrow motor home. The original back up camera failed. I did some searching only to find parts are no longer available. Problem was its hard wired with a proprietary connection. I was disappointed not find a replacement camera or system the ones I found were very expensive to re wire. Someone suggested I call Tadi Bros. So glad I did ! I spoke with Danny, He took the time explaining my options, I didn't feel rushed into buying a product. Ended up with a wireless system cheers! Thanks Danny!

Danny was great, the two camera system let’s me view the bikes in the trailer , and the other on the back of the motorhome. Thanks again!

I’ve been searching for a quality digital wireless backup monitoring system that I can use during all phases of my journeys and after speaking with Danny at TadiBrothers he convinced me this was the system I needed. I haven’t received it yet but when I do and after a few trips I’ll be back to brag about my purchase. Thank you Danny for your help and making this painless.

I was educating myself on backup cameras and as I was researching I noticed a lot of unsatisfied people who bought aftermarket cameras. After talking to Danny Mullen at TadiBrothers I know that I will not be one of the people that will be less than satisfied with my product.
