I was initially skeptical given that Fuji x100vi was out of stock everywhere and otherwise significantly overpriced but this experience was seamless.

Purchased Fujifilm x100vi and within the first week it had an evf issue. My warranty request was promptly answered and had a brand new camera sent by the company. Very happy to have purchased from them.

I wass impressed with the level of personal customer service. I was able to talk with the founder of the company and he provided detailed instructions on how to complete my order. They had the item I was looking for while many other companies were unable to fill my request, Shipping only took two days !!!

I got the Fujifilm x100vi the next day I ordered it. Fast delivery. Customer service answered all my questions about the camera and they offer a 2 year warranty as part of the package.
