This company is THE WORST online vendor I've come across
I HAVE HAD TWO SEPARATE INCIDENTS WITH VENDOR HENCE THIS SECOND REVIEW
FIRST REVIEW was submitted after the company failed to respond for over a month to numerous phone, email, and website inquiries regarding the replacement of the $600+ digital cameras system which had failed upon the very first use. Once I posted the review, THEN the vendor finally responded, agreeing to replace the system. I returned the defective product immediately and was told that it would be replaced. ANOTHER 5-6 WEEKS passed with no response from them to numerous inquiries, so I had to purchase another camera system for my RV and I again emailed and called asking for a refund since replacement had taken too long.
Despite that request, I received an email a day or so later (July) reflecting a UPS shipping invoice that they were sending me a package. I no longer needed (or wanted) their product and called and emailed again asking them NOT to send replacement but to refund me. The package never arrived and UPS tracking clearly shows that the only CREATED A LABEL, the package was never shipped...and I never got a refund, so after waiting a few more weeks I filed a chargeback against my credit card, which immediately credited me back.
Yesterday, in September, I got a call from my credit card company saying that Tadi Brothers says they DID send a replacement camera so my credit was being removed. After another wasted hour on the phone I provided the CC bank with the supposed shipping notice from Tadi from July and a copy of the UPS tracking site confirming that the package was never shipped. Now I"m sitting here HOPING my credit card reimbursement will remain.

Did not send what I ordered
I ordered a parking sensor system. The system they sent me was different than what I ordered. They advised that they had upgraded me. The system they sent me did not have the features I wanted so I requested a refund. They advised I would have to pay return shipping, even though it was not the item I had ordered. They further advised they no longer sell the item I ordered even though they continue to list it on their website.
Additional information: After I posted this review, I was contacted by Tadi Brothers. They advised that if I removed the review, they would send me a prepaid label to return the item and issue a refund. Obviously this is how they get so many five star reviews. If you have an issue, they won’t rectify it, unless you’re one of the customers who goes to the trouble of writing a bad review. Then they force you to remove the review in order to get a refund and a prepaid shipping label.

Defective Product and Extremely Unprofessional Tech Support
I purchased the Tadi Brothers Rear Parking Sensor kit for my 1970 El Camino Restomod with upgraded steel bumper sensors. The kit did not work as stated in the instructions or online instructional video. Because my car is extremely long, the sensor cables were not long enough to reach the brain which was stored int eh weatherproof side panel of the truck bed. I connected the sensors to the brain as instructed and they behaved like front sensors and not rear sensors. When I called tech support and spoke to the first tech, he informed me that I had the wrong sensors and that just needed to insert them into the front sensor section of the brain. When I did this, they worked as front sensors in the rear bumper, meaning that after backing up and switching to drive, the sensors should be active for another ten seconds, but this does not happen when connected to the front sensor section. This in my opinion is a manufacturer defect and not what I expect for a $160 kit.
When I called in and spoke to another tech support person he advised me that the instructions were not correct and out of date as well as the online video. He told me to put the sensors back in the rear sensor section and to change the hookup wires. Therefore, I did this and connected the white wire intended for the front sensors to my reverse light. The white wire per instructions is supposed to be connected to the brake light wire. This worked correctly and after backing up and placing the car in drive, the sensors would beep as intended for ten seconds as I drive away. But, again this is a manufacturer defect in my opinion and is a work around. They never offered to replace the defective brain or any components, but were happy to tell me how to hook it up despite being the opposite of the instructions and video.
The problems continue. The kit I purchased came with a 22mm hole saw. I expected this to be the correct bit for my steel bumper sensors which I paid extra for. It was not. In fact, there were no instructions stating that this bit is only for plastic bumpers. Furthermore, after drilling the first hole into the steel powder coated bumper, which I paid over a $1000 the bit would not penetrate. The bit was chewed up by the steel bumper. I purchased a 22mm carbide bit and proceed to drill the hole. That went through great and when I test fit the sensor the hole was too big. There was no instructions in the kit or on the website stating that I had to purchase my own bit or that the correct hole size for the steel bumper sensors was a 19mm hole. I was able to buy another $20 bit and finish the job.
As you can expect I was not happy and when I called Tadi Brothers again, their true character shined. I received arguments and they actually blamed me for drilling too large of a hole and that I should have tested the hole size in scrap metal first. They continued to argue and took no responsibility for the fact that the instructions and kit components were incorrect. I spoke to two different people regarding this issue and both were extremely unprofessional and argumentative.
The final straw was when they asked me what it would take to make thing right. I asked for them to fix their instructions and so that the kit wiring and sensors are connected correctly and work properly. I also asked them to add a warning on the website and instructions regarding the correct hole size for the steel bumper sensors. I also urged them not to include a hole saw that was wrong. Lastly, I asked for one sensor wire extension for my troubles and their errors. They responded by saying I could buy it for the discounted price of $40, which was their website price. I told them that would not make me happy and I was just going to write a bad online review so other customers were aware of the product defects and the poor customer service experience I had. A fourth guy called me to say they would offer me the extension cable at no cost. I said thank you that would be nice. He then responded by saying that “that should make you happy and you agree to not write a poor review about us, right?” I responded by saying that the extension cable would be nice, but I am still not happy and I need to think about the review. Guess what he said?! Yup, “well then I am not going to send you the cable. What is the point of me sending you the cable if all you are going to do is write us a bad review.” Then he hung up on me. So, be forewarned. If, you need tech support help, you better be prepared for their coercion tactics.
If you want to get a real vibe for this company, just look at the 1 star reviews, I wish I did before making a purchase. Others describe similar experiences to mine.
BEWARE and spend your money elsewhere with a reputable company that offers accurate products and tech support to help you solve problems, not blame or bribe customers for their poor products, instructions and tech support.

Stay far, far away.
I ordered a beige driver's side visor screen. They called two days later; no beige or gray available, only black.
I asked for a discount, and they offered 10%, less than hoped, but I accepted. Six days later, they called and asked if I'd received the item; I hadn't. They seemed surprised and said I'd get it that day. They then told me they'd accidentally refunded me 100%, and I'd have to send them payment again.
I was frustrated; I should have had the item, and they still showed beige and gray on their website even though they don't have it available. I said whatever; they clearly don't have their act together. Later in the day, I did get the item, and it was a passenger side, not driver side like I ordered. I called them and raised holy *** After I sent pictures of the incorrect item to them, he (the same person mentioned in many other negative reviews) told me that I did in fact have the right item, even though in the picture you can see the invoice showing I ordered a driver's side and the box clearly says passenger side.
They offered to send the correct item two-day shipping and 'eat the 40 dollar shipping.' I still don't have the correct item; I still don't have access to my refund; I still have to repackage the incorrect item (using my own supplies) and return it (on my time), and I still have to resend payment for 90% of the purchase price? They should be so embarrassed that they just chalk this up to a learning experience, let me keep my 'full refund' that 'accidentally' sent me, send me a correct one, and move on.
Never again. Save yourself the time and hassle and learn from my experience.

Lost Order, Missing Items, Wrong Product, Attempted to Bribe Me
I placed an online order with them in April '25. I didn't get a confirmation email but I did get one on the screen. I had to trackdown the receipt via Square. Then after proving I submitted an order and they charged my card, they found my order. Never got a shipping confirmation or anything like that, but they did ship a box to me.
However, 2 items were missing from the order, they sent an older monitor and tried to pass it off as the newer one, and their phone system recommends emailing them, but I did not get a reply raising these concerns.
Called several times and spoke to them about a refund which was then processed as a swap. Called back and restated, I want a full refund not a swap.
Absolute BUYER BEWARE!
Update: Tadi Brothers just attempted to bribe me to remove this review. "We'll give you a free return label if you take this down."
That's the kind of company you are working with here.
I had to call Tadi Brother's 4 times to get permission to return a wrong product, I have to pay to fix their mistake, and they gave me a LOT of difficulty even to do that.
This is NOT a No-Hassle return. They attempted to say it is past 30-days, which it was not. They attempted to bribe me. They requested I fill out a seperate form because asking their customer service department for an RMA wasn't enough to properly start the process. Then they tried to blame me for their agent saying this is for a swap not a refund.
This was a 2-Star review that is now a 1-Star review after all this. They could have EASILY made it right when I first contacted them, but their continued wrong actions made it worse.

Well turns out I can no longer recommend
I started this whole thing with no knowledge about 360 systems, I just wanted the system that was similar to one of my late model Toyota. The first person I dealt with kept trying to close the deal every time I called with a question; I found this extremely off putting. I then called back on a Sunday and got Sherwin who was very knowledgeable. Sherwin answered my questions and did not pressure me pressure me and really helped me select the system that I think is going to work for me. He worked very hard to find me a system that I could afford and hopefully gets the job done.I feel confident in the future, should I have any questions about the product or the installation that he will help me out.
The system arrived and many components were different that what was advertised on the webpage (bait and switch) and I called them on it. They wanted to sell me a camera system that would require me drilling into my RV instead of surface mounting..no way. The back and forth got heated it and we ended up having to send the whole thing back. If you still get a system from them ..make sure it is exactly as shown on the site and take photos as you remove things from the box so you can put it back exactly as received for a refund.

$3500 order and this is our experience
*Final update*
Resolution was made to return unit for refund as below UNTIL...Next day, unprofessional call about the review, again as it has been updated, as they requested. Basically called us liars. That we've been treated fairly and no one was rude or yelled at us. This company only cares about reviews. That's it. The reason they have good reviews is bc they harass and bargain refunds for deleting reviews. If they can put forth this effort over a review, they could have put forth that effort to resolve the initial problem that created the review. After deep diving into more reviews, it appears we are far from alone in this. We're keeping the broken unit. I see several people who've stood their ground and kept the review up and lost money, but I don't see any that's $3500 worth.
I've asked all communication from here out be emailed and that stopped their harassing calls momentarily however, they've picked up again today, hence this update. Don't call me when you see I've updated this.
* Update to the review*
Allow me to clarify. Yes, you are able to get someone on the phone or to call back however, there's been no solution to the problem until today. The solution has been to try again the next day and maybe I'm unreasonable, but I need some kind of answer. Even "we don't know but will have and answer for you by Friday at noon" would have been an acceptable response but I don't feel"call back" is ok.
Now for the update. We received a call after calling the customer service line and being told no one was there, call back tomorrow. We then reached out to FB account where someone called us shortly thereafter. We were told the process in which we needed to follow to return the unit. At that point, I had already left this review along with one other. They wanted pictures of the unit installed. #1. It was dark out at the time we received the call back. #2. I'm not installing a unit that doesn't work just to satisfy someone. Nevertheless, we decided we would just"fake" install it the next day to play the game they have requested but not actually drill holes into the coach. An hour or so later we received a very unprofessional and downright rude call from a representative over this review who repeatedly asked we take it down. Bargaining to receive the full refund, waving the 30% restocking fee, in exchange to remove this review. I declined. He said a supervisor would call the next day.
Next day, a supervisor called my husband who was tied up with work and told them to call me. I also was tied up with work. In about 30 mins or so, I did get free to call back. In the meantime though, I received a message on FB telling me that the rep came in early specifically for us and to call him back as soon as possible. Once speaking with the rep, who was calm this time, I asked if we still had to talk to his supervisor or we were done? He said he would transfer me despite me saying I didn't need to talk to anyone else if it was settled. Regardless, he couldn't transfer the call and said supervisor would call back. He did so quickly, however, I had another call and missed it then answered it and couldn't hear anything. When I called back he told me he wanted me to know he'd just called me 6 times, which I thought was a strange thing to say but let it go.
He assured us we can return and receive a full refund and apologized that this has been a mess.
We have been asked on repeat to delete this review since then and to be honest, I don't know that I trust them to refund us anything. I don't know that I want to send this back and risk getting zero money back and zero product. At least for the moment, we have something. (The cameras work it's the remote viewing that's the issue)
I am beyond done with this. I'm also debating on turning over the recorded calls that I have to some upper management at the company but haven't decided on that yet either. Everyone has bad days and customer service is absolutely NOT fun and I am sure we have not been pleasant to deal with. However, this is not for personal use. We have a coach waiting on install, our own customer, who we can't give any kind of solid answers nor timeline to bc we were not getting one from Tadi. We still can't because we now how to order another system from another company when this is really what he wanted and who knows when it will show up.
Absolutely ridiculous. Don't buy from these people. We have been on the phone for three days and every day, it's a fight to get someone. They've always left for the day and have to call back tomorrow. $3500 system that will not work and I don't think we should be calling for days trying to get a resolution. The lady that answers the customer service line is the only person to consistently answer the phone and attempt to help.
