Zero Stars- Site Right 2.0 Boresight
Bought the bore sight 2.0. Worked finw the first time I used it. The second time, the adapter broke while I was installing it. I asked for a replacement, but was told it was out of the 30 day return/warranty period. I bought it in Feb 2026 and it broke in mid-May 2026 on the second use. The adapters, arguably the most important part of the bore sight, is a screw and cheap plastic. If you want a single use bore sighter, buy this one. More than one use, you are rolling the dice. The customer service matches the poor product quality.

Hey Joseph, we're sorry to hear about your experience. The adapters are designed to be hand-tightened only — forcing or over-torquing them can cause them to break, which is why we include instructions on proper use. Unfortunately as stated in our policy we are unable to offer replacements or refunds outside of the 30 day warranty window.
