The kit is awesome except the plastic barrel inserts which are too short and useable only once. However because the barrel inserts are too short especially for .177 it makes the whole kit useless. Make the inserts longer and out of metal and you will have the best kit on market. But until then the kit is worthless.🇺🇸 The end of my barrel is flared for high power. So the plastic fitting were longer is would seat better and hold the laser. When you install the plastic fitting the laser just flops around. Hope this helps.

Could you first let us know which specific kit you purchased, since we carry a few different ones? Also, could you clarify exactly which part you mean by "barrel inserts" — is that referring to the bore sight adapters/inserts that come with the kit? And when you say too short for .177, do you mean they don't seat properly in the barrel, or that they don't extend far enough to get an accurate read?
