This is a great product. I received it very quickly

The bag was of excellent quality and good looking.

Bought a watch that was advertised as water resistant to 100 meters, first time in the pool the watch got condensation behind the crystal. I was told by the customer service rep that it was probably because I didn't screw down the crown but after some back and forth I was told that the watch would be replaced but I'd have to send the original back at my expense. I did this at an additional cost of $10.44 with insurance. The new watch arrived shortly after however I still couldn't screw it down, I contacted your office again and was told this particular watch doesn't screw down and it's not recommended for prolonged immersion. I have another Wenger watch with a similar crown and have never had an issue with condensation . So, I will try again to use the watch as I intended as an everyday watch that I can wear even when I swim. However if I have the same issue with it I will return it to you for a full refund since it will not be functioning as advertised. Just for the record both Robert Grove and Bryan were very professional and accommodating in our correspondence.

I bought two of these for Operation Backpack and am very happy with the quality of the product. I believe they will hold up well against the daily use by two students. The set up, location, and design of the pockets is well thought out. The padding adds to the comfort of the user and protection of a laptop or tablet. The colors are terrific and don't foresee any fading etc. I will buy these products again.
