I ordered a Wenger watch as a gift on a Friday. When I hadn't received any acknowledgement of my order by the following Tuesday, I emailed customer support. I did receive an answer within a couple of hours. They said the watch would be shipped by Amazon, and I would get a ship confirmation from them within a couple of days. I've ordered from Amazon and the product often ships from a different company, but this reversal was a first for me. I did get a ship confirmation the following day. From the time of order it was well over a week for the delivery, but that was still within a reasonable time. Usually nowdays, an order confirmation is received almost immediately after placing an order. I thought it was unusual that I had to seek one out several days later.

This is the third time I have done business with them and the first time they messed up my order. Sent me a black band instead of a brown one. The return process was simple, they were very courteous and very prompt. I will do business there again in the future.

Great watch! The watch was received in prestein condition. The only thing that mattered in whcih I did not give 5 stars is that the warranty seal was not provided. I know this is a grey market sale but nontheless, great watch that feels very authentic!

I purchased from swiss post after returning a victorinox to amazon.com after a nightmare with the seller teelys warranty. The amazon seller teelys lied about coverage so I returned to amazon.com and purchased from swissoutpost becuase they were authorized dealer. Swissoutpost need to loose the lame fake sales theme and provide a proper invoice or receipt with every purchase. I asked thier support desk to send me a copy of the receipt, they did so very quickly. I will certainly be shopping again at swissoutpost in the future. Don't buy victorinox from amazon.com.

however I have to comment that, at the moment of procceding with the purchase, I entered a discount coupon code that did not work. Peter Adler, from swissoutpost.com, told they are going to refund the amount of the discount... i´m still waiting!! (i bought it on january 29th)

While it was difficult at first to find out HOW to speak to someone about a particular watch, every thing went smoothly after that. In spite of fierce winter storm that week, the watch was delivered just a day or two late.

I was very pleased to find The Original Swiss Army Watch on your site, especially since I was told by Victorinox in Rickenbach bei Schwyz ( I grew up there) that this original model has been discontinued and been replaced by a much more weighty and thicker model , the Maverick I received your shipping promptly,but had to replace the battery within one week. All is well and thank you for your prompt service
