I can't review the product I purchased because it never arrived. When I asked for a refund, my request went unanswered. I had to go to Visa to get the charges reversed. I'll never purchase from Swiss Outpost again and I urge you not to either

Despite some initial confusion with some of the shipping charges, the customer service was incredible and thorough. My bag showed up on time for my trip and it was exactly what I wanted.

No problems with placing my order, was through a groupon so all was quick and easy. The next day I received a message telling me that my payment wasn't processed. Turns out that there was an error with their system that was charging the normal shipping rates when I checked out and not the tripled shipping rates that were indicated on the groupon. I had no problem paying the extra amount, but the deceitful tactic of how they went about asking for the larger sum was not appreciated.

The watch is easy to read.
