We're sorry that shipping was slow Shawn. Barring big snowstorms, we usually ship the next business day and delivery takes 1-4 days anywhere in the country. International shipping is usually fast too. So it's usually pretty fast. Sorry it wasn't in your case.

The packing slip had the correct item but the watch in the box was not the right one. I called your representative who was very understanding. The watch we ordered is no longer available. He did help to find me a different watch band. But that did not turn out to be correct either. My husband will keep the watch and we will look for the correct band some more. Elizabeth Gorny

Hi Joe, You bought the Tomo Swiss Army knife probably for $10. It has the same tools as the bestselling Classic Swiss Army knife, but without the tweezers and toothpick. But the Classic only costs a few dollars more. You can swap them if you like.

I placed my order and gave my home zipcode instead of my PO box zip/ I called customer service 15 minutes later and was told the error would be corrected, it was not 11 days after it was shipped I believe my knife is back where it started...

I ordered model 53001 which your information describes as containing a toothpick and tweezers. I have been unable to find these 2 features in the knife I received . My packing list indicates I have been shipped model 53001.

Good news Paul, the Swiss Army Classics including the 53001 red do have a toothpick and tweezers. They are at the end opposite the key ring. SwissArmy.com lists the tools: scissors key ring tweezers toothpick blade nail file with screwdriver

Small pocket knife purchased for someone else for Christmas was "engraved" with their initials. While it looked nice right out of the box, it did not look like the letters were engraved very deeply, if at all. More like the letters were just "printed on" the knife. We'll see --IF the lettering is just plain gone in a very short time of being in their pocket. Hoping I'm wrong.

Hi Ken, We're pleased to say that we engrave all of our knives, not imprint. It isn't necessary to "drill deep" - shallow is better. The color fills in and dries pretty much like cement. It will stay that way for years.

After ordering, I found that I could get the same knife at a lesser price plus no mailing charges. There was an error in the address and it was returned to you. There was a difficult problem in receiving an acknowledgement of the return (e-mails, unanswered phone messages, etc.) Finally communication was established and the problem was taken care of promptly.
