my watch band was broken and the wrong one..

Hi Shannon. Very sorry about that. We ship 20,000 orders per year and get it right more than 99% of the time. Watchbands especially are sealed and usually perfect. Sorry we mad a mistake. If there is a problem, though, we take care of our customers. If anything is wrong or defective, we send you are return mailer and replace it or give you a full refund.

Got a nice watch as a gift from my family from swissoutpost.com. They bought it there on my recommendation. Battery dead. Seriously, $150 for a watch and a $5 battery puts it out of the margin of profit? Disappointing.

After sending me the wrong watch on a Saturday (women's watch instead of men's watch), I am still waiting for the correct watch to arrive. Swissoutpost promptly responded to my email at 8:30 am on Monday which I was happy about, but instead of overnighting me the correct watch because of their mistake, they waiting until Wednesday to mail it regular snailmail. I finally got the watch today a week later and it is the correct mens watch, but guess what, it does not work. Battery? Great job Swissoutpost, great job. I will update as I see what service they provide with this nightmare order.

George, we are sorry we shipped the wrong watch, and I told the team that when we make a mistake, to ship the replacement right away. It was ticking when we sent it. As Rob said, we'll refund you the cost of a new battery or send you a replacement. Sorry this did not work out well.

I purchased 2 engraved pocket knife sets as gifts. One knife from each set was removed to be engraved but the package was not resealed or taped, so when the envelope ripped during shipping one of the knifes fell out of the package and was lost. Ups wanted the entire package returned for inspection and said that I would have to wait to here from the store. Since the knives were gifts for a wedding this weekend I contacted the store who said i would have to repurchase, pay for engraving and $30 to overnight the knife in time for the wedding. Rather than disappointing 2 boys by returning the entire package as ups required I kept what I received and will have to buy another knife.
