Great Watch!
Great watch! The watch was received in prestein condition. The only thing that mattered in whcih I did not give 5 stars is that the warranty seal was not provided. I know this is a grey market sale but nontheless, great watch that feels very authentic!

Hi Michael, we're glad you love the watch. Good news regarding your other comments. There is no guarantee seal with any of these watches. The warranty is in the instructions. You don't even need the instructions to make a warranty claim. You just need proof of purchase (the packing slip) which we can provide to you if you need it when you make a warranty claim. Also, this was not a gray market sale. (A gray market sale is when bestseller did not buy directly from the manufacturer.) The reason the watch feels very authentic is that it is authentic! We have bought Victorinox and Wenger watches directly from the manufacturers since 1991, for almost 25 years. They are 100% genuine, with the manufacturer's logo all over the box, product, and instructions. Every product we sell is brand-new and we bought it directly from the manufacturer. Our sales have been as high as $3.6 million in a year, and we sell on multiple channels (SwissOutpost.com, Amazon, eBay, and we ship for overstock, Brookstone, and ShoeBuy). Our watches are "the real deal"!
