I used Swiss Outpost to buy my 3 sons an engraved swiss army knife each, because it was the easiest site to get the engraving done, and the prices were excellent. It is a very well laid-out site, and it was effortless to add on the engraving, choose a font, and even see a preview of what the engraving would look like. I got an immediate confirmation, and the shipping was very fast. Really an excellent ecommerce experience.

I ordered a swiss army watch for my husband. Received it 5 days later in a beautiful box and in perfect condition. It was even set tot he correct time. I know he will love it when he gets it on Christmas morning.

Customer service was very cordial, responsive, and professional. The Swiss brand watch model 24228 was apparently discontinued by the manufacturer. This is rather odd as several jewelers in town claim the model 24228 is by far the most popular and price-effective in the Swiss brand inventory. Nevertheless, swissoutpost.com came through like a champ. Much aloha to the staff for their great support.

The Swiss watches (Swiss Army and Wenger) and all of the watches we sell are of world-class quality. They come with a 3 year warranty, but should last a lifetime. (If there is ever a problem, the manufacturer will repair it.)
