Searched for knife for grandson for Christmas. Ordered from Swiss Outpost as their pricing was great and I read the reviews from others on the site. The company totally understands 'customer satisfaction' and were very attentive to us. My order was missing an item and I sent an email and they responded immediately and sent out the missing item also. Robert Grove was a contact person for us and he sent email when package went out with missing item and followed up to make sure that we received in a timely manner. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

The sales representative was an outstanding representative of Swiss Army Products. He was helpful, well spoken, polite, and knowledgeable. I received my first SA knife 65 years ago and had lost a small tool fitting in the handle. Not only did the sales representative help me with my knife selection for my grandson, he mailed me the small tool perfectly fitting my 65 year old SA knife my Father gave me on my 10th birthday. He is certainly a valuable asset for Swiss Army Products.

Only half of my order has arrived and yet I'm being asked to rate my experience. A little premature if you ask me but it makes me concerned that the other half of my order is missing.

I can't tell you how truly disappointed I was when I received the knife, it was so LITTLE! I was so surprised that it was so small. I should have done my homework on this one. Oh well.

I just made my first purchase from your website, two of the small Swiss Army Knives, the little guys. (I hope your quarterly dividend isn't contingent upon my purchase.) I bought these as stocking stuffers. I'm at a point in life where I don't need much but I like your stuff and your products have a sterling reputation. I have another knife of yours which I've had for what seems like forever...and still love it. Were I a younger man, I'd probably be a much better customer. I was looking at some of your watches just today, both on line and at Costco. If I didn't already have more watches than I'll ever use one of yours would be close to the top of the list. Keep up the good work...and be proud of your product line.
