These suits may be fine for sunbathing on the beach or by the pool. The material quality is horrible. Do not buy for water exercise. When you get into the water the tops stretch, flop up and down. I have never purchased such bad quality suits. I have taught water fitness classes for over 16 years and never have I purchased swimwear of this poor quality. They will not give a refund. So I have lost $146. Do not buy for water exercise!

I bought a bikini from this company. It is over the 60 days window, but get this. I wore the suit for the second time and upon getting out of the water the suit was laid next to another person's bikini that was also wet and laid out. They touched!! OH MY GOD the color from my bikini bled out onto the other bikini bottoms and are now ruined as they have purple/dark blue markings on the teal bikini bottoms. I called in and I was told that it is out of the window for a return or anything. I asked them just who do you know that buys a bathing suit and gets it wet and lays it on another bathing suit just to see if the dye will bleed onto the other one?? Who would chance ruining another suit to verify this one is okay? I have never heard of the color bleeding off of a bathing suit/bikini like this. I said all they needed to do was send a new pair of bikini bottoms and I could see the lowest price one was $17.50 and it would suffice. Nope, no way would they budge. I could 'buy' another pair if I wanted them. I told them I would post this on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram and let everyone know that they were horrible. Believe it or not the supposed 'supervisor' rudely blurted out "I will just wait for you to finish talking so you don't cut me off." We then proceeded to have a really rude conversation about how that was uncalled for to say and that he was more interested in conveying to me his dislike of not letting him talk when in fact I had let him finish and he was breaking into what I was trying to explain, not the same thing. I can't tell you enough how this could all have been resolved had they just replaced the bikini bottoms and instead I am now making sure everyone I can tell knows to NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! That is not good customer service. I was not looking for a refund or money. I chose the lowest price product I could. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!! I don't know anyone that would take a swimsuit and wash it and get it wet only to lay it on something else to prove it wouldn't bleed color. I never heard of a suit doing that before actually.

Terrible shipping and customer service. Ordered two suits mid June. One month later still haven’t arrived. Customer service did refund me when I called them. Asked to reshape items two day air for free....which they would have done but they have no 2 day air to Hawaii! What? Every other company does...and they use FedEx which definitely has two day air. They offered me regular shipping but that already had NOT worked out so I did not want that. Unbelievable they could not do air ship for me. Won’t be buying from them ever again.

The bath suit seemed like a good quality until i tried it on. The band around the bottom was very loose and didn’t fit right. I am in the process now of returning it for a refund. I will post that experience as well.

Like others I wish I read the reviews before I ordered! Very long time for delivery! Quality is not good. Two items arrived damaged ( ripped on the seam) when I called to exchange I found out that returns ARE NOT FREE - only exchanges ( this is difficult for a bathing suit website!) The exchange would take about two weeks to get back to them and then over two weeks for delivery back to me-over a month for a bathing suit that I waited almost three weeks for & it arrived damaged! No offer from them to rush the shipment. I will not be exchanging. I am returning the whole order! Do not order from this company!

I should have checked reviews before I ordered. I never received my order & notified them via email immediately. I’ve still never received a reply. I tried calling two different days & gave up after being on hold for half an hour. Finally got through to customer service & they kept giving me the run around saying I can’t hear you. Funny, when I asked if they spoke F****** English , they heard that. I called my credit card company and they already took off the charges & said it’s probably a scam company. Don’t order, you’ll be sorry!

So far, not good, I haven’t received the package although I wish I had read these reviews first then I would have ordered with another company!!!First I have tried to use tracking number provided (I live in Canada). They shipped by *CA Express. I don’t even know what courier this is—-Canada Post doesn’t recognize the tracking number! I emailed the company to find out what courier company they used and got a reply advising it would be answered “promptly”. Still waiting and going by these reviews I will be waiting!!

Wish I had read these reviews first. I placed my order on May 24, 2020. I live in Canada, so I understand that may have impacted my delivery date, but it is July 7, 2020 today and nothing. The tracking number I was provided doesn't work. Says it shipped with IMEX, but I can't even get the webpage to open? I have contacted customer service via email asking about my tracking number, no response. This business is not reliable. I will be looking to get Visa to refund this & I do not recommend ordering. I really do have my doubts that I will ever see my order delivered.
