If I could give it negative stars I would. Returned the incorrect item that they sent me 3 weeks ago, according to customer service they still don’t have it, from CT to IN and you don’t have it 3 weeks later??? The only way fir me to get the correct tankini top is to reorder and pay for it again or dir it out and wait till they get the WRONG ITEM THEY SENT ME back and then they can do the exchange without charging me again. Customer Service reps of course barely speak understandable English, had to spell my last name 4 times for one of them. 😡 Horrible experience and rest assured I will NEVER shop with them again.

The shipping is insane and swimsuit fit has not been great.
I purchased three items. A one-piece swimsuit, a tank any top, and a pair of swim capris. The sale was fantastic and looked like I was saving a lot and then I hit the check out and saw that I'm being charged $22.99 for shipping these three items. There was no way to get around the shipping. I searched for coupon codes and my order total was over $130. There was no mention anywhere on the site of a free shipping threshold. So after searching all over for a way to find these same swimsuits for less and not pay the shipping, I did not find any other options and I made my purchase. With the sale prices it still felt like a good deal.
Well the suits arrived and I tried them on and the tankini and the one piece had horrible fit. The swimsuits were big but the cups were small and they both rolled down in the back even though one had straps. I couldn't understand... these were the worst swimsuits I had ever tried on. I bought swimsuits from Swimsuits For All a few years ago and they all fit quite well. I had ordered four or five and had trouble deciding which ones I would return because they were all pretty cute and fit well. Not this time. So I went to return my items and the return process was not difficult online. But they charged me $10.99 for the return. So I was only keeping the $44 capris and returning the other two items. Out of an order that was $134, I was being refunded $55 after paying for the return shipping charge. Granted I could have purchased my own label but I know it would have been similar. So essentially, my net cost for the $44 capris was $80. Great deal? No. In a time when companies are offering free shipping with a certain order amount, risk-free shopping where you can purchase things and return or exchange them at no cost, Swimsuits For All is the standout by offering overpriced shipping and handling charges and, while I believe they do offer free shipping for exchanges, if you try on the suit and realize there is no way that a size alteration would work and that you don't want to take any more risks with this company, if what you want is a refund you're going to get dinged for that as well. Well I know I'm going to enjoy the heck out of my $80 capris unless they fall apart, in which case that will suck. But I know for sure that I'm never buying from this company again--at least not unless they revamp their shipping charges. I went on Amazon and found lots of very well-reviewed plus size swimsuits for cheaper than the sale prices at Swimsuits For All and with free shipping, and free returns. You can't do better than that. Don't waste your money on this website with their overblown prices, fake "sales" and exorbitant shipping charges.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
There was an item on my recent order that showed not yet shipped together with a message stating the item was non refundable(no prior reference to this status).I reached out to Customer service to cancel the order and depite the "not shipped status" they stated there was nothing they could do. That I need to refuse the order , and process it as a return.... There is no regard for consumer care and return policies / shipment policies are clearly broken. There are items I considered keeping , but I will be returning all items for a full refund and or disputing all cc charges if this is not rectified form their side

Do not order from!!
Do not order from!!! If you have to return an item, they charge you… you don’t get a full refund !!!! I received a defected item and didn’t notice until I put it on the first day! I took it off immediately. They wouldn’t exchange it. They gave me $4 back!!! 🙄
Do NOT order from!!! I ordered from them a couple of times but NO MORE!!!

If you decide to return THEY STILL MAKE…
If you decide to return THEY STILL MAKE MONEY. If you use their prepaid label you lose ANOTHER $19.99 PLUS $10.99 “return fee”. If you decided to use your own postage you still have to pay the $10.99 “return fee”. So you lose $50.97 if you use the prepaid (original cost of shipping, return shipping, and return fee) or $30.98 (original shipping plus return fee) and cost of shipping that you choose (which is less than the $19.99 they charge, but still paying money). I did look at return policy before I bought and saw NOTHING ABOUT “RETURN FEE”, so was ok with losing the money for shipping, but it would have only been about a $25.00 loss NOT $51-$40. So no matter what, they are always making money, and for the quality of suits….they are the winner in the end.

No express mail delivery in time
I ordered a swimsuit and coverup for a two month trip to Europe on May 16 and paid extra for express mail. I called everyday the few days before my trip and they kept saying the promised it would arrive in time. Well I am leaving in an hour and it is the 29th and my express order has still not arrived. On the phone they said there is nothing they can do and to return it when it does finally get here, but I will be gone for the 60 day return period. They are full of empty promises and bad costumer service.

Co not able to locate my e gift cards for returns made. I was told they never expire but now Im told after 90 days they are taken out of the system?
This company does not back up their credits issued once past 90 days. They tell you the e credit has no expiration date but if you try to use it anytime after they tell you its out of the system. I had surgery and was unable to reorder in those 90 days. If I am told something doesn't expire I figure I am able to use at anytime. Then covid hit and I had no need for any swimwear. I am now trying to use my credits but told they do not exist. I called this company a few months after my original returns and explained I was not going to be purchasing anything in the near future and asked to be refunded and I was told they would not and that since they didn't expire I could wait as long as I want to order once I was back to better health.( I had dbl mast surgery and was waiting on yet another surgery and couldn't purchase anything at the time) I wasn't happy with this information but didn't think they would just flat out say they have no record of anything even with all my order and return confirmations they sent me. I have made numerous calls to the company and get passed onto another customer service rep and then another who claims to be the supervisor and going to request this to be refunded. I was first told they would send to the dept that reissues the new cards since it was out of the system and that new e credit gift cards would be updated & emailed in about 5 days. I waited to weeks and nothing. I called back went through the same painful toss around between customer service reps to get to Mike employee id 51175 who claims to see the orders and is going to void the cards and request a refund check be sent or credit back to my original payment and I should call back around May 11 2022 if I didnt hear anything. Well of course nothing again, so I called back May 19 and spoke with 3 more reps who passed me off to the final rep Marissa who was sending e mail to the "correct dept" that handles this and she was going to watch for it on her own and that by the next day there should be an answer. Well that also never happened. So today I called back Sat May 21 with little hope but had to just to keep with the request and hold my end up. I was passed through 2 reps again until I got to Blanca who checked on a few things. Tells me my order numbers are not right and that there is no letters in the order#'s when I clearly have the receipt in hand with those numbers and letters. So frustrating. She was waiting for another supervisor to call her and she checked back with me to tell me to hold but ultimately ends up telling me she is emailing another dept to take care of it but it has to go to an Analyst who will not be in until Monday so I am again to call back Monday.. I called back on Fri 5 /27 and was told that this must go to yet another dept that will search for it and reissue new e cards IF they can verify it You see where this is going......... I am going to contact my original forms of payment and show them my order numbers and the e credits that were emailed to me from Swimsuits for All as it all matches and is clearly sent form the company and tell them of the situation. They will investigate as this site is also proof that this is business as usual for this company. I do not know what the problem is with the way they do business but I have never heard of a company not able to track your orders after 90 days and the fact that they have had all this happen with so many customers you think that would make them want to do better. There are too many companies with great customer service and return policies ( here you pay shipping and return). I have wasted enough of my time reaching out and getting nowhere with this co so I am taking it a step further with my credit card co and paypal after Monday. Save yourself from this potential headache and order elsewhere.
