Swimsuits for All return policy is a total scam and their recommended swimsuit sizes are way off -- so if you buy a suit from them in the recommended size and it doesn't fit and you choose to order a another suit in a different size you get charged addtional ~$20 in shipping for the exchange. If you choose instead to return 2 pieces (a top and bottom) for a refund, you get charged ~$11/piece (ie $22) for your return. Apparently, they make all their money by charging exhoribant shipping and return fees. I curently have a $65 credit, but in order to get a replacement suit it will cost me $35 on top of the credit plus the $20 I have already spent in shipping -- making a $75 swimsuit cost ~$120 and if that suit doesn't fit, I'll get to pay even more. If you choose to exchange a suit for a different size/style, the shipping charges should be waived. I had to email a complaint to them to even receive my credit and then the customer service rep asked me to rate their service as "Great" -- What a JOKE -- stay far away from this company!!!

I ordered a chlorine resistant swim suit from here because they are difficult to find. The suit was too large. I returned it immediately because I want to attend water arebotic classes. I ordered the same one in a smaller size because the website stated only a few left. I was told by chat it would take 2-3 weeks for my payment to be returned???. I called customer service when I received an email in one week to apply my credit which was 18 dollars less than I spent. I was told I could not apply my credit on the same suit from the same company in a smaller size. I was charged the same 18 dollars for shipping. I asked why and the person on the phone basically say "that's just the way it is". This is BS!!!. Do not order from here. They are difficult to work with. Anything you buy you will pay full shipping and to return anything you pay full shipping. WTF???

After reading the reviews, I was really worried, but my experience was completely different from so many here. I ordered a suit that ended up not fitting. I considered exchanging it, but I'd seen so many reviews about how hard returns were, so I figured I'd cut my losses and see how it went. Now I wish I'd just exchanged. The return was incredibly easy. I went online and filled out the form, dropped the suit off at Ulta Beauty a few miles from house last Friday, and had my refund on my credit card this morning (Monday). No complaints about customer service, and swimsuit fit is a matter of luck no matter what.

Ordered the wrong size and paid postage to send back suits but the company refused to refund or replace as they denied receiving the suits. Don't buy unless you can accept NO Refunds!!!!

I would give it negative stars if I could. I ordered one item and paid for 2 day shipping. 10 days later it still had not arrived. I called the carrier who did an investigation that ultimately found that swimsuits for all did not even have my address on the package and it was sent back to swimsuits for all. 5 weeks later and 6 phone calls to swimsuits for all they said I had to fill out a claim online to get my refund!!! It takes 30 days to process I was told. Bottom line 75 days to get a refund for their incompetence. DO NOT purchase they are a total scam!!!!

Charged me $10.99 to return a bathing suit top. Also charged a $10 shipping fee. The only way to not be charged is to get a gift card from them. After receiving the ill fitting top I have no desire to order from them again.

I am disappointed that a company thinks it's acceptable for their product to fade completely after one use. The bathing suit I purchased is unwearable, and Swim Suits for All says there is nothing they can do about it. Unfortunately, I have learned my lesson to not purchase anything from them and I will warn others to do do the same.

I have purchased from this company many times over the years. It’s always irked me a bit that I have to pay for shipping, especially when you’re really not sure what the item is like until you receive it, but there is a lot to choose from an occasionally you get a good deal so I grudgingly continued to do business with them. Recently, I purchased three items from them and paid $18 to have it shipped to me. I was concerned that they were not going to get to me in time as in the past it sometimes takes 4 to 6 weeks to receive an item from them. In this case, it was only a few days. However, the quality of their items are inconsistent, and I didn’t like two of the items. One I needed to exchange for a larger size. They wanted to charge me another $11 to make a return and exchange. I would understand if I was returning everything, but my exchange was going back in the same package as the returns. If I took a store credit I would not have to pay for the return except I couldn’t use the store credit towards the exchange. I would have to wait and use that at another time. I was so disgusted that I returned everything instead of doing an exchange. This is not the first time I’ve had an unsatisfying experience with their Customer service. They send out multiple emails with competing incentives at the same time so the price is different depending on which email I respond to. In the end, I originally spent $97 and only got $66 back due to all their shipping and processing fees. So I am out $30 for absolutely nothing. I will never do business with them again.
