Very bad customer service. Ordered sweets on the 6th of December still haven't recieved an email that they have been dispatched. Emailed them nothing back. Then on Facebook they are deleting our comments and telling us to message them then for them not to write back I also messaged them on instragram. They can't get our delivery's out but they can get new orders in and have them by 21st of December. They say support ur local business ya right I think I'd get them faster from another country

Very disappointed with this company, ordered over 10 days ago and order still not dispatched, they’re advertising on social media delivery before Christmas, I posted asking how when they can’t get orders out and lots agreed with me and they’ve now deleted all the comments!! I’d have more respect if they acknowledged the issues and said they’d try solve them !!! I’m a returning customer but I definitely won’t be ordering again purely based on the awful customer service!!

Ordered 5 days ago still got no email confirming order been shipped i did email sweetking but undortunatley got no reply very dissapointed with this compay cinsidering we pay for shipping & they are in ireland will definitley not be ordering of sweetking again after reading all the reviews

Wish I had of read the reviews before I ordered, ordered different bags to try, all jellies in different bags the same, horrible, bland, boring, not even worth eating my kids didn’t even want them, waste of money, also delivery took 2 weeks horrible service, yet received emails and texts all day everyday which I now unsubscribed from

First sweets ordered in September were perfect. Great selection. Ordered again. The selection of sweets were tasteless. Very poor quality. Way too many water melons and peach things. Nothing fizzy in the fizzy bag. Just sugar coated bland jellies. Such a shame as the sweets in my first order were amazing!

Used to love Sweet King, the jellies have gone downhill since the summer and I stopped ordering until the end of November where I said I’d try them again hoping they would have changed the jellies or something but nope. Jellies are cheap and no variety whatsoever. They leave a weird aftertaste in your mouth. Spend your money elsewhere, there are other Irish sweet companies that supply quality sweets. Customer service is non-existent, I sent an email because I accidentally ordered too many bags and I still have had no response and this is 1 month later almost, they also have a record for not replying to emails until they dispatch the sweets, daylight robbery. I get social media marketing is helpful for a business but it’s so over the top. You wouldn’t need that much marketing if your jellies hadn’t gone down the drain, you’ve lost me as a customer unless the jellies and variety that was there in 2020 and at the start of the year returns because it’s beyond a joke at this stage Edit 29/1/22 still no response to my email from November 😂😂😂😂 also they are deleting every bad comment off their social media posts, trying to hide the problem maybe be a decent business and actually help the people that keep you in business

Shipping is exceptionally slow, ordered twice from here, took 10 days to arrive on both occasion's. Given you are paying for shipping and its not free its very dissapointing. On this occasion I ordered 4 different types, classic, plain, Fizzy and Christmas.. Christmas and classic are the exact same jellies, absolutely nothing different about them. I also don't know what makes Christmas ones festive, there is no Christmas type jellies within. And plain and Fizzy are exactly that.. oddly enough classic and Christmas are just half Fizzy and half plain. The company is doing some serious advertising on social media and over Black Friday there was a ridiculous amount of emails being sent with codes, for context between the 24th November - 1st December I received 19 emails... in 1 week I got 19 emails?? Hugely intrusive amount of emails.

Ordered two weeks ago and still hasn't shipped yet they are on social media every hour promoting with discount codes etc. Very bad service
